I certainly hope this can help tip the scales in ANGEL's favor at the meeting table. I know it's a long shot, but one can't help but be encouraged.

And Kristin's point about fans deserving a proper send-off is right on the dot. No SMG, first off. But if they think they can end it with no Alyson Hannigan return, they're kidding themselves. She's our little cross-over gal. ::nono::
 
I had expected that Angel would win but I didn't think that it would take 85% of the votes!

Lets hope that it can make a difference.
 
Last Years EOnline "Save One Show" Poll Results

Here is the results from last year's "Save One Show" poll. You'll see that "Angel" also dominated last years poll (although, not nearly as bad as this year).

Only 8,000 people voted in last years poll. This year over 400,000 voted. Incredible.
 
Blimey! What an amazing result. Thanks for posting that Skital and BIG THANKS to Oldie for posting about the poll in the first place. Let's hope they sit up and take notice now...I just hope they don't look closely into all those votes for Angel - given the number of times I and, I suspect, most of you voted I reckon it would make a Presidential election in Florida seem honest... 😉🙂

If the votes are actually counted more than once than I'm sure fans of Star Trek would've been there voting a ton for their show too. We know they have some die hard fans.

I wonder if the extra votes were actually counted, because I was at another poll and tried to vote more than once, and I was allowed me to continue voting, but it never counted my other votes (live results). By the way, "Angel" also won that poll by a large percentage too.

If you look back at last year's USA Today "On The Bubble" TV shows "Angel" even dominated that and it wasn't a poll. It had around 15-20+ shows, I believe, and it simply had a pull down menu where you select something like "Save it", "Don't Save It" or "Don't Care" for each of the shows. "Angel" had the most "Save It" votes by far.

"Angel" always seems to come out on top of these polls, and it is because it's the best show on TV.
 
85% that sure is worth a WOW. I have so much hope now that we will be seeing S6, everyone is proving it deserves to carry on!

Thanks for the info. I really think that Levin had no friggin idea what he was doing when he cancelled our show. He didn't realize how fanatical we are and how devoted.

If you haven't seen the billboard, be sure to go to www.savingangel.org It is really cool. and be sure to make Save Angel from Cancellation the most searched for phrase this week. I'm focusing on google and yahoo. Just keep hitting search.

Um....wow.....85% of the votes! Go Angel! If the WB doesn't think this proves that Angel should be saved they wouldn't know a piano if it hit them on the head...
 
I think it helped a lot that everyone in the Buffyverse 'community' (forums, other websites, etc.) have been advocating all the 'save angel' campaigns. I know I only voted because I saw it on here. Otherwhise I wouldn't have known about it.

But that win was amazing. 85%! Holy cow! It's because of the fans.
