Thanxs it did help a lot. I was just confused on why you called it a "Russian Roulette"

The brain can go for about 3-5 mintues without oxygen before serious permanant damage occurs, naturally shorter times can result in damage as well. The bigger danger in stopping the heart for any length of time is the possibility that you just can't get it to start working again. If re-starting the heart were a foolproof process then "flatlining" (not sure how it would be done) would be totally safe, assuming you start it up right away again.
