Tru is sitting in the morgue when she hears someone call for help. Is it starting again? hmmm, but no, its just Davis asking for help while changing a lightbulb.
At a house a night, its dark, we see Harrison enter. Music is blaring loudly. He pulls a gun from his pocket. Suddenly out of nowhere, WHAP he's hit in the face with a fireplace poker. Blood oozes. He's hit by Andrew a man in his mid 30s. Harrison manages to punch him and pull out his gun. What will he do. Black. Gunshot!
14 hours earlier...
Tru is sleeping when the phone wakes her up, its Harrison confirming that they were having brunch at her apt, she says yes. Harrison hangs up and goes back to snuggling with his blonde girlfriend Sarah. They're both hopeful for Tru's approval, as she hasn't liked many of his exes. When Sarah gets out of bed to shower Harrison notices a bruise on her back. Hmmm..
At the apartment Tru seems to very much enjoy Sarah, she gives Harrison and nod of approval. Later he comments how she's divorced.
Tru meets up with Lindsay and asks her about her current bf James. She says they're at that monumental 3rd date, meaning she'll have sex with him. Tru is a little appalled, but apparently it's "the 3rd date rule."
Later she talks to Harrison some more about how they need to find someone for Tru, who seems less than thrilled with the idea. Then his phone rings, it's Sarah. He leaves in a hurry.
Meanwhile later at the hospital a body comes in. That of Andrew Webb (from the beginning) he's bloody, was found at his ex wife's house. Tru looks in a wallet and sees a picture of him with Sarah. It all makes sense. She tries calling Harrison repeatedly, no luck. Meredith calls, who says Harrison is being arrested for murder of his girlfriend's ex.
Tru goes to leave to find Harrison, but instead returns to the crypt. She goes to Andrew's body and said if he was going to ask for help now would be a good time. Silence.... Nothing...
"Help me"
BAM, day resets. Tru wakes up the next day and Harrison calls, Tru starts right in with telling him what he needs to do, but he hangs up. She calls Meredith and tells her to keep a watch on Harrison. She also asks if she thinks Harrison is capable of killing someone, and to Tru's shock, Meredith says yes.
Back at the apartment, Tru meets Sarah and mentions Andrew as if he's an acquaintance. Harrison is upset. Tru tells him to stay away from Sarah for the day, he thinks its because she doesn't like her, but as always Tru can't explain why.
Down by the Harbor, Tru is taking pictures of a boat when Andrew comes off it and asks what she's doing. She said she's taking pictures for a book she's working on... HE seems skeptical but seems to like her looks... Then he tells her the boat has an inside too.
When inside she sees pictures of Sarah and comes to realize that he isn't officially divorced, just separated. Tru books it down to Sarah's house, she's a little annoyed, but either way begins to spill the beans how Andrew was abusive to her. When Harrison finds out that Tru went to see her he gets pissed. She tells him to stay in, but he leaves and she can't stop him. He tells her all along she was the selfish one, not Meredith.
Tru shows up at Andrew's boat and starts looking through things, when Andrew arrives, he calls the cops. Tru keeps talking, she tells him she's here to help him, NOT working for Sarah. She then presses on to ask why he won't let Sarah divorce him. He says she married him for money, if they divorce she gets half if now she gets what he gives her. He also says he never hits women.
At Meredith's office they listen to a tape of a phone call between Sarah and the police where she's reporting he hit her, etc etc.
Back at Sarah's house she's crying, Harrison is there to comfort her. She says he tried to threaten her because of Harrison. Maybe they should stay apart for awhile... No that's giving him what he wants. What should they do? Harrison says she needs a gun. She doesn't want it, but he's set on it. So he gets it but keeps it for himself. If she ever needs it he can call her.
Tru meets Harrison at a bar to apologize then goes on to tell him he's still in danger. He doesn't want to hear it. When he moves to leave Tru sees the gun tucked in his waist band
Tru: Hey Harrison wait. Your carrying a gun
Harrison- Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't give me gun safety lectures. I know my way around a piece
*Flashback*
Tru-Do u think Harrison could ever kill someone?
Meredith-Yes
*End flashback*
Tru: You killed him
Harrison- What, What are you talking about?
Tru: You're going to kill him, you're going to kill Andrew tonight
Harrison-What are you talking about? Why would you say that?
Tru: Because I know.
Harrison- Know what?
Tru: Every single thing that's gonna happen today
Harrison- What are you psychic all of a sudden?
Tru: It's not psychic. At least I think so. I mean, I'm not sure what the name of it is scientifically. But in laymens terms, I relive days
Harrison- You relive days?
Tru: People ask for my help, Dead people. I know, I-I already told you that. But then, the day re-starts and I have a chance to save them from dying. It doesn't happen everyday. Not that that makes it any less strange. How did you think I knew your cards? How do you think I knew who was going to win the ball game? Even you were curious
Harrison- Okay Tru, I love you. You know that. But you need help. A lot of it okay
Tru: You see that waiter? 2 seconds, I bet he drops his tray
*waiter drops his tray*
Harrison- Whoa, what are you--?
Tru: And that guy across the room
Harrison- Tru
Tru: He's going to stand up and confess his love for his girlfriend
Man- I love this girl! Whoo!
Harrison- What's going on? Is this one of those reality shows to try to freak a guy out?
Tru: In one minute your cell phone's gonna ring. Its gonna be sarah, upset and in trouble. Listen to me. She's going to ask you to see her .You're gonna run outta here. You're gonna kill her husband. You're gonna kill her husband and your gonna be arrested for his murder tonight
Harrison- Oh, hey, look. You had me with the waiter and lover boy over there, but this is a little wack don't you think?
*cell phone rings*
Harrison- Hello, it's sarah. Said she needs me
He doesn't want to be like their dad and stand by while his love gets killed. She says don't make Sarah into their mom.
Tru says: "Harrison, Look at me. Would you look at me? I'm 22 years old and one way or another I've lost everyone. I've lost everyone I ever loved. Our mother to a bullet, Our father to lask of interest, Meredith to coke and ambition. Don't you see? I can't lose you too. Otherwwise, I'll have no one left. I'm cursed, because I can see the future. If you go there right now, I'll have no one. Without you, I'm all alone"
Harrison: "You'll never lose me, Tru. But right now I have to go"
Suddenly Tru gets a call, its Meredith she says that the night that Sarah called the police about Andrew beating her up he was cited for speeding... in California... Sarah framed him. Now she's framing Harrison too... Tru pieces it together, if Sarah married for money but had someone kill her husband, she gets it all.
Andrew is at Sarah's checking the wiring while music blares... This is all very much like the opening. Harrison breaks the door in and enters. The whole search and destroy scene again, where Harrison gets slammed with the poker and Andrew gets punched. Then he holds the gun out towards Andrew.
Kill him or he'll kill us, Sarah says. No... Harrison isn't a killer. Sarah takes the gun from Harrison and shoots Andrew. "Now he is." She calls the police and pretends to be sad about her dead husband, but when she looks back Andrew is standing again... Tru enters the room, and picks up the gun. Conspiracy to commit murder... Andrew says he got the weirdest call, from a girl begging him to wear a bullet proof vest.
Sarah tries to tell Harrison she was looking out for him... She gets arrested, and Harrison starts to believe. Lindsay calls, and the situation with James was better, she still slept with him, but this time, liked it.
She has a moment with Gardez and answers a Jeopardy question correctly. He says..."What? Rerun?" Tru shrugs and says.. "Not for you".
