episodes that make you say "aw"

*points up* well there goes my post, theyre moments always seem to be the truest (such a bad choice of word but what can you do?)

also
a few of the willow/oz moments
like when their in the fan in i think 'Surprise' or 'innocence' and theyre waiting for xander and cordy to come back with the bazzooka and hes like, talking to her about wanting their kiss to be special
oh how i awwwwww'd

also anytime angel and buffy are on screen together pretty much from season 1 to 30 🙂

SUPRISE! SURPISE!

When Oz and Willow lay in bed after having sex for the first time, well that was pretty "aw" to me!
 
In 'The Prom', where Buffy is awarded the 'Class Protector' umbrella - the little speech Jonathon gave was definitely an 'aww' moment in my books.

Jonathan: We have one more award to give out. Is Buffy Summers here tonight? Did she....um...This is actually a new category. First time ever. I guess there were a lot of write in ballots and the prom committee asked me to read this. "We're not good friends. Most of us never found the time to get to know you. But that doesn't mean we haven't noticed you. We don't talk about it much, but it's no secret that Sunnydale High isn't really like other high schools. A lot of weird stuff happens here."

Student: Zombies!

Student: Hyena people!

Student: Snyder!

Jonathan: "But whenever there was a problem or something creepy happened, you seemed to show up and stop it. Most of the people here have been saved by you. Or helped by you at one time or another. We're proud to say that the class of '99 has the lowest mortality rate of any graduating class in Sunnydale history. And we know that at least part of that is because of you. So the senior class offers its thanks and gives you, uh... this." It's from all of us. And it has written here, Buffy Summers "” Class Protector.

In S4, can't remember the exact ep, but where Angel pays Buffy a visit to apologise, and before leaving, he says to Buffy, something like 'Oh and your boyfriend - I don't like him', referring of course to Riley.

Also as others have mentioned, the Xander/Anya moment when after talking to Buffy about Riley he tells here how he feels about her - a truly 'awww' moment indeed. 😀

Plus I have to mention 'The Body', although from Season 5, when Anya gets all upset because she can't understand why Joyce can't just get back into her body - I was like 'aww' at that too, because it was such a poignant scene.

it was a great scene though

and so was "Family", when Willow and Tara were floating in the bronze on Tara's birthday!

and so was
UK spoiler only "First Date", when Kennedy's kiss turned Willow/Waren got her own body back!
 
oh god
i cried al through the body
just when i thought id recovered that scene with anya started and i was like aww then i just burst into tears again
so many amazing moments in one show
 
Ok Mine

- Willow/Xander hospital scene with Xander sayin "i love you" and Willow waking and saying "oz"

- When Spike first tells Buffy he loves her

- When Willow sees Xnader and Cordy kissing "it means you would rather be with someone you hate than be with me"

- When Spike says "im nothing without her" in Lovers walk before giving his cool "youll never be friends" speech to Buffy and Angel

And my fave

-- SPIKE: Uh ... I do remember what I said. The promise. To protect her. If I had done that ... even if I didn't make it ... you wouldn't have had to jump. But I want you to know I did save you. Not when it counted, of course, but ... after that. Every night after that. I'd see it all again ... do something different. Faster or more clever, you know? Dozens of times, lots of different ways ... every night I save you.
 
That just reminded me of an ep from Season 3 where the gang are discussing what to do about Faith, and Xander is all like, well I'll talk to her because we 'connected', Willow realises that Xander has had sex with Faith and the bit that always makes me go 'awwww' is the scene where Willow is sitting in the toilets afterwards crying because of it.

She did have a thing for Xander back then, didn't she! 😀

Buffy Episode 25 - "Surprise"
When Buffy is told that Angel has to leave for some time and at the docks she is given the claddagh ring as a token of his love but he dont say the word love cause hes all like, you know... he says that if the heart is faced towards you... "well... you know".

My fave moments are pretty much all Buffy and Angel. In Lovers Walk at the end when Buffy goes to see Angel and tell him that they can't be friends anymore and he says there has to be a way and she says there is: 'Tell me you don't love me' and he can't. That was definately an awww moment.
In the episode Amends when Buffy is trying to tell Angel that the dreams don't really matter and Angel tells her that he wants her more than he wants his soul. That was really sweet.
I loved the bit in Yoko Factor when Angel tells Buffy he doesn't like Riley.
I liked the part in Passion were Buffy tells Giles she needs him and in the Prom when Buffy gets the Class Protector award and Jonathan says that speech about her!
 
some of my awww moments are:

Angel sayin You Still My Girl? and she says Always

and when she killed Angel i wo like aww and crying

When Dawn was goin to sacrifice herself

In Forever with Buffy and Angel speech

Buffy tellin Spike she loved him but he didnt believe her...not B/Ser but i thought that was quite sad.
 
-The Prom. Pretty much the entire episode.
-Buffy & Angel's I love you's in Surprise.
-Becoming; the tail end when everyone else is going to school and Buffy's alone.
-Xander proposing to Anya. Even ther part where she slaps him.
 
also..When She Was Bad when Angels in Buffys room and he says he missed her and she says it but hes gone. i thought that wo Awww
 
I have many "aww'''s! 🙁 When Angel leaved in S3 finale... aww... when Buffy said to Willow that she can't breathe (when Angel said that he's leavin).. that was aww as well... and so many aww's for Buffy and Angel...
 
How bout in Graduation Day when Oz grabs Willow and kisses her.

Willow: What are you doing?
Oz: Panicking.

And when Oz is about to leave her...
Willow:But don't you love me?
Oz: In my whole life I've never loved anything else.

(That one gets the tears falling everytime)
 
Moments that made me go aww...

1. Anya in The Body, especially the fruit juice speech. It made me cry. No other episode can make me cry.

2.
Spike/Buffy in Touched. It showed that their relationship has grown beyond casual sex into actual love, at least from Spike to Buffy.

3. In A New Man, when Buffy was telling Giles that she recognized him because of the way his eyes looked when he was annoyed at her.

4. The events of The Prom, Lover's Walk, and the end of Tabula Rasa.
 
I have so many moments that made me go aww.. but the top two would have to be:

1. The end of Amends from when Buffy finds angel waiting for the sun to the end with them walking in the snow.

2. The Prom (the whole episode.) I really really liked Jonthan's speech and Buffy getting her award.
