Episodes You Absolutely Hate!

well if Angel is on this list aswell, i vote the entire S4

Ohh and "I will remember you" That pissed me off soooo much. Angel, first of all getting his dream of being human that they made such a big deal over the rest of the next 4.5 years. Turns out all he needed was crappy demon blood. Toying with time and essentially stripping Buffy of memories that shes entitled to while Angel gets to remember everything. Playing with the fans who quite clearly wanted Bangel was disrespectful and just errked of a writer coming in and doing his thing without a thought to what it does to the story and the characters. It was total crap

I agree with you on I Will Remember You, but I still liked it. :)

hahahah so right.. all the sanshu things it´s pointless with... yay! demon blood xD
I'm going to have to say Doublemeat Palace. Dumb dumb dumb. And that creature that comes out of Wig Lady's head basically looks like a slimy penis. Come on now

Teacher's Pet was pretty lame too.

Let's see:

Teacher's Pet - Just awful, even for an early season 1 episode.
The Pack - Even if only for the ridiculous cackles and the longest, most pointless slo-mo walking scene ever.
I, Robot...You, Jane - One of the few episodes that gives me legitimate second-hand embarrassment.
Some Assembly Required - Boring.
Inca Mummy Girl - It's just...well, stupid.
Reptile Boy - Willow's scenes are the only redeeming qualities of this episode.
Bad Eggs - Giant bugs creep me out so much! Eugh!
Go Fish - "Dude, what is that foulness?!" Do I need to say anything else?
Beer Bad - Listen close to every Buffy fan, and hear that cringing soooound...
Where the Wild Things Are - I can barely watch this one.
Doublemeat Palace - Two words. Penis monster. Spike does look ridiculously hot in that scene where he visits Buffy at work, though.

I'd include some episodes from late season 7, but really, I can't remember them that well. After the Potentials come, it seems like one big, fairly lousy episode with a couple of decent moments sprinkled in.

That does seem like a lot of episodes now that I look back at it, but really, even they were much better than most TV shows out there. Besides, the great episodes vastly outnumber them.

i agree with all of those hahaha those are mine too
"Wrecked" - never has there been a more cringe- worthy moment than Amy trying to steal sage from Willow. Oh dear.

I wouldn't say hate, but I definitely dislike these eps most:

- Some Assembly Required (that ep is so Season One, lol)
- Reptile Boy
- Ted (would have been so great if he'd been a human psycho! such a waste of storyline potential!)
- Gingerbread (same complaint as with Ted; I would have loved the ep if it hadn't been a demon)
- Doublemeat Palace

And I'm one of the veeeerrrry few who loves IMG. It was my very first Buffy ep, and Willow is just incredibly cute in every single one of her scenes here... that's good enough for me not to mind the cornyness of "Ampata". 😉
It's also Willow, again, who stops IRYJ from being on my list... but for that ep, I can't help but agree it's not one of the show's highpoints, even for S1 standards.
And Beer Bad? It's a "switch off your brain and enjoy the sillyness" ep, yes, but it works admirably in that category. 🙂

The usual:
Beer Bad=suppose to be funny...really not.
Where the Wild Things Are= the orgasm wall...wtf?
Doublemeat Palace= Bored Now.
Gingerbread= Irrational women scare me. that's right, i'm talking to you, Joyce.
And a fair selection of episodes from Season 1 and 2, sadly.

If you had been me, I wouldn't want anything to do with Bangel after seeing "I Will Remember You".

Episodes that i always skip when watching through the DVD's, as i can't find any redeeming qualities in them:

The Pack
I, Robot...You, Jane
Some Assembly Required
Helpless (horrible creepy vampire and horrible creepy betrayal by Giles of Buffy)
Where the Wild Things Are

Episodes that i don't enjoy much, but usually let them run for the occasional funny line, amid an overall-disappointing plot:

Teacher's Pet
Ted
Bad Egg
Go Fish
The Zeppo
Beer Bad - bad plot and writing overall, but fantastic opening sequence and nice final "closure" scene
Doublemeat Palace
Lots of the season 7 "potentials" arc

seriously, i can't handle the potentials. so irritating.
I don't really HATE any of the eps, but there are some I wish I could skip. I can't tho, I'm so OCD about watching them all in order that even tho I don't like them much, I don't skip them or even fast forward. I'm hoping to get over that soon!

Real Me
Bad Eggs
Teacher's Pet
Reptile Boy
Go Fish

Those are my most cringeworthy, I think.....I kinda liked Inca Mummy Girl, even tho it's not the best epi in the whole world. And I like Beer Bad, too....just because Cavewoman Buffy was kinda funny.

never has there been a more cringe- worthy moment than Amy trying to steal sage from Willow. Oh dear.
I know...I wanted to yell at her, "you know...they sell that stuff at the GROCERY STORE!"

underworld karma!
There's only one episode of Buffy i really don't like, and that is The Zeppo. I know alot of people like it cuz you get to see Xander be the one to save the day for once...but that's the bit that gets me. I really wanted to know more about the Hellmouth opening then Xander driving about a bunch of dead guys!

Ditto!
I don't think there is a single bad episode of Buffy or Angel you see these two show are brilliant. There is so much detail gose into the characters and the plotlines they never stopped shocking and amazing you. This show was never going to hold back because it might get cancelled before it could explane everything about the characters, everything was gradual like it was supposed to be unlike TV shows on TV today. They are shallow and rushed, they cannot be compared to Buffy or Angel because even the worst episode of Buffy or Angel is still better than the best episode of any other TV show out there on the box today and as fans of the shows I think we take that for granted so we should praise each episode based as an individual episode not compared to other episodes of Buffy or Angel.

Disagree that the worst episodes of Buffy/Angel are better than the BEST episode of any other show today. That's a pretty strong statement and there's at least a couple terrible episodes of Buffy/Angel
I don't hate any episodes, but I don't particularly like much of season 1, or Inca Mummy Girl or Go Fish. The rest of the episodes are pretty awesome. 🙂

How has no one said "She" yet?

Only worth watching the first couple of minutes to see the crazy Wes and Angel dances. After that, everything that follows is pure unwatchable crap. I've tried a couple times. I cannot make it through the episode it's so bad. Makes "Beer Bad" look like "Episode Good."

The only episode I really couldn't stand was Where the Wild Things Are. Extremely disturbing and just plain bad.
