There are a bunch of episodes that form a level which sucks much more than the second worst level. Here are my list. What's yours?

Teacher's Pet (Predictable)
Never Kill a Boy on the First Date (Boring)
I Robot, You Jane (Dated Ungracefully)
Inca Mummy Girl (Predictable)
Beer Bad (Boring, Overly Silly)
Wrecked (Boring, Spammy)
Sleeper (Nonsensical)
Get It Done (Boring, Spammy)
I Fall to Pieces (Predictable)
She (Boring)
Happy Anniversary (Nonsensical and Overly Silly)
The Old Gang of Mine (Zero Motivation Sense of Gio)
Carpe Noctem (99% of Body Swap TV Episodes are Just Embarrassing Themselves After "Who Are You?", Including This One)
Apocalypse, Nowish (I Hate It Irrationally)
The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco (Boring, Spammy)
Harm's Way (Worst Villain Monologue I've Ever Seen)

Buffy
I Robot, You Jane (bad metaphor)
Dead Man's Party (Just...urgh. Sometimes the Scoobies fighting is dramatic- like in S4- but this is just painful)
Where The Wild Things Are (serious subject treated stupidly)
Weight Of The World (complete filler episode. Boring)
Wrecked (really bad metaphor)
Gone (thuddingly unfunny 'funny' episode)
Dead Things (physical and psychological abuse, mind control/rape, heartbreak *shudder*)
Hells Belle's (I'm not really invested so I'm bored by it all)
Lies My Parents Told Me (It makes me angry every time I watch it. 4 characters being horrible in entriely different ways- nobody comes out of it okay)

Angel
I Fall To Pieces
Pylea trilogy
That Old Gang Of Mine
Double Or Nothing (A truck? You sold your soul for a truck? C'mon Gunn!)
The House Always Wins
The Cautionary Tale Of Numero Cinco
Destiny

BtVS
Teacher's Pet
Doublemeat Palace
Hell's Bells

AtS
I Will Remember You
The Ring
The Girl in Question

Superstar - Why? I mostly hate fan fiction too but come on, an entire episode about Jonathan?
Into The Woods - It's melodramatic trash that rivals Buffy/Spike in its sheer obnoxiousness.
Wrecked - it's an after school special. As Bad as Beer Bad is, it's at least somewhat funny and...and cave Buffy is kind of cute, OK? This one has nothing.
Help - Why should I, or scoobies for that matter, ever give a shit about some proto-tumblrina?
The Killer In Me - I mean, really? And comics made it even worse by the way.

I think if the writers were drunk they could have come up with a much better idea.
Oh dear ...

If I had to watch that episode or hade to watch a Kristen Stewart movie ... tuff call. Ok, I pick the girl with a figure of a 12 year old girl.

Kristen Stewart is a really good actress.. she has a worse reputation than is deserved.

Buffy Summers
Buffy Summers
Oh come on, she's terrible.

I agree she is a really good actress ... but ... she really has very poor social skills when she is not acting. In my judgment, she is the most shy female actress that has made the most movies during the last 10 years. You get her out of her comfort zone, she really looks like she wants to be avoided at all cost.

I think many actors are that way, others hide it better.

Why would I intentionally watch something she was in?
To see how great of an actress she is. Everyone remarks about her performance in those two movies and how she is stellar.

I of course, have not seen them because I cant stand her. hahahah 😉
But that doesn't change the fact!!

Buffy:

I Robot, You Jane
(The robot monster is just awful, though the Willow-focus makes me hate it less)
Reptile Boy (Dull)
Beer Bad (Except for Willow putting Parker down I spent most of the episode wondering if the writers were drunk when they wrote it)
Where the Wild Things Are (Again, you should know why most people don't like this one by now)
Listening to Fear (Zzzz...)
Doublemeat Palace (Penis. Monster. Nuff said.)
The Killer in Me (The subplot with Giles is ridiculous, the Wennedy romance is grating, Amy suddenly going all green-eyed after trying to influence Willow's magic use makes no sense)
Although I don't hate the episode, Wrecked was incredibly hard to watch, for obvious reasons.

Angel:

I Fall to Pieces
(The show was clearly still trying to find its footing)
Sense and Sensitivity (I don't like Kate, so of course this one didn't work for me)
She (Need I explain why?)
The Shroud of Rahmon (When Gunn still had a stick up his ass. I also found myself hoping Angel killed Kate.)
Happy Anniversary (Aside from a couple of funny Lorne lines, the worst this show had to offer)
Double or Nothing (Say it with me now: FILL-ER. And the most ridiculously staged breakup ever, even if it was fake.)
Provider (Lorne was the only entertaining thing about it, everyone else acted OOC and the plot was ridiculously over-the-top)
Shiny Happy People (a.k.a. the 45-minute Ode to Jasmine)
The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco (Even DB looked bored in this one)
Soul Purpose (Nonsensical yawn-fest written only so DB could have a chance to direct)

There's a lot of episodes that I don't like but very few I actually hate, mostly because I find them too boring to pay attention to til the end.

Buffy
I Robot, You Jane (I can't even remember how it ends)
Inca Mummy Girl (I just... I can't, it's terrible.)
Where the Wild Things Are (it's just terrible)
Half of the eps in s5 I find boring

Angel
She (I can't even tell you what it's about)
The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco (just feels way out of place, and filler)
There's probably more Angel episodes these just stick out.
