Yes I know this movie won't be winning any awards anytime soon, but I still enjoyed it for the mindless humour that it was.

It was nice to see Michelle playing a character more typical to her age group than Dawn was.

I thought it was quite a fun movie to watch, but kind of insulting! All the locations that supposedly represented Europe were so very poorly chosen, anyone from this part of the world can easily recognize that none of the locations resembles any of the styles of the different countries. (C'mon, Amsterdam looked like it was from a Dicken's movie... ridiculous!)

Apart from this, the story was fun and I'm a sucker for movies like these the romcom meets teen-sex-comedy... what's not to love? Especially if it has MT!

I loved this film it was really fun especially when they all had Absinthe and the twins started going with each other, it was hilarious, one bit that annoyed me though was when michelle's character just downed a load of absinthe easily which is almost impossible as absinthe is the worlds most disgusting drink ever!!!

I haven't seen it yet but it's playing on the movie network this month and I was flipping to it (I couldn't help it..even though I'd missed the beginning...) and it looks pretty funny! From what I saw, Michelle was really funny! 😀

I loved this movie, but I wish it would have gotten more attention. It didn't even make a profit in the U.S from the numbers I read.

Hopefully the DVD sales will change this. I consider it to be one of the best, if not the best, teen movies of all time. Far better than the American Pie movies in my opinion.

I think I'm going to wind up buying it as part of my boyfriend's birthday present since he seems to now be Michelle Trachtenberg's biggest fan 😀

Atleast he'll never call me by the wrong name 😛

It's pretty funny that my biggest celeb crush is Josh Duhamel, who also shares the same name as my boyfriend...

I thought it was a pretty funny movie... The penis part scared me for life... But other than that, it was awesome... It was pretty well liked in Canada, but then again, Canadians like mostly anything 😛

Well I can't say I liked Eurotrip, at all. I wanted to find it funny but I didn't. Just not my kind of humor.
There was one thing I loved though:
"Europe is officially the worst country ever!"

Though that line was one of the most funny, it was also (at least to me) one of the most disturbing lines. I'm not blaming the writers, though, for it mocks how little Americans know about Europe and it is this, that I think is disturbing, to think that there are actually people in America who believe that Europe is one country.

What's more frightening is how many Americans there are out there that don't even know too much about their own country...

Yeah, somehow I find that less important self-centered as I am 😉

Just kidding, that's very bad too. Actually, now that I think of it... there was once this TV show in which they went to market-places here in the Netherlands with a map of the world and asked people to point out where countries were. And they'd ask for countries like Spain, which was frequently located as Australia, the US as China or Brazil ... really the weirdest things. Some people weren't even able to pinpoint the Netherlands correctly!

It's quite shocking how ill-educated a real large amount of people are.

that's sad :(
I agree.. And I'm one of them. I know where the countries are (well, quite many of them, lol), but if you tell me the name of a city I'd never be able to tell you which country it belongs to.

Nobody knows all the cities... but if I gave you like a random list of five cities: Bolivia, Lisabon, Cape Town, Bangkok, and Kiev. Couldn't you tell me what countries they are capitol of and to which continent they belong?

Its quite easily done, talking from experience 😉

I was surprised to see Matt Damon in this movie, I was signing Scotty doesn't know for weeks 😀

Matt Damon's in it? SWEEEEEET!! :D
Quite easily done it burns your throat and causes it to pratically disintergrate, I've seen grown men nearly be sick or start coughin for like an hour just after one shot and my dad had to send so many people to the hospital in an ambulence because someone thought they could handle it but then ended up collapsed outside, its a shame he stopped selling it lol!!! Is it true that it is illegal in nearly all E.U. countries.

LOL i 2 was singing scotty doesn't know for weeks, i even downloaded it so i couldn't listen to it and get over it lol!!!

It is illegal in some. There was a whole fuss about it last year. The owner of one liquorstore started selling it, but it was illegal. So, he was arrested or something and then it went to trial, but the judge cleared him of all charges, cause the ban was nearly a 100-years old and since the active substance is the same as in wheet (which is legal here) he declared the 100-year old law invalid and now it can be sold.

I loved that song! I was also singing that for a long time.

Just watched this movie, it was kinda cute. Actually better than a thought 'cause I've heard so many bad things about it. I can't get that song out of my head now, and I have to go to sleep.. *scotty doesn't know.. scotty doesn't know..*
