Who's going to be watching the Eurovision Song contest on Saturday? I'm watching the semi-final now and will be watching the final on Saturday night. I don't think that the UK will win it, but it would be great if we came within the top 10.

I'm watching it too 🙂

I love Eurovision, it's my guilty pleasure. I don't think the UK will do very well even with Blue, the rest of Europe don't seem to like us very much!

Hell yeah! I'm watching the semi right now too, I'm just hoping Sweden gets qualified this year!

ME ME ME ME ME. Because I'm a dork and also a fan since forever.

I'm rooting for GB, because I used to be such a huge Blue fan. My aunt has tickets for Eurovision and already is in Düsseldorf, promptly ran into them and sent me a gloating text about it. D: And I think it's really lame Germany sent Lena again. I didn't like her last year, like her even less now.

Definitely gonna watch, and hoping Shempy has the evening off, too (it's become a bit of a tradition watching ESC together).

I wonder how well Lena will do (unlike Mumrik, I frickin' love Lena *wants to steal her and hide her in my wardrobe* (sw))... but it's also awesome that Israel is entering Dana International again, the transgendered singer who won against Guildo Horn back in, IIRC, 1998. 😀

Oh, you can keep her if you promise I'll never have to hear her talk again ;P
Now they've all sang, who do you think will go through?

Also I think that the UK may have a better chance with Romania

Honestly, there are no really good songs this year... Ireland will probably win cos people like that silly shit.

I'd like to formally apologise for Jedward on behalf of Ireland. It's all Louis Walsh's fault.

Thanks for taking the apology bullet.

At least that means you won't have to pay for a final next year. Also: That's a stunning banner you've got there.
I loved the Belgian acapella group myself. They're different and didn't rely on backing music or flashy dance moves.

But it was awesome! Like Moldovia. Only catchier. XD

In my day awesome Irish Eurovision entries looked like this...

Love The voice.
I'm looking forward to Eurovision this year only because the UK doesn't have such an embarssing act. I think we picked right by asking Blue to do it and there song is catchy. Although I'm worried with knowing that Jedward apparently have a good chance of winning, even though they are terrible ha!
