Sometimes there's these odd little slip-ups that we usually miss when we're viewing the shows, but they don't get edited out.

For example, in the Angel Season 1 episode; "I've Got You Under My Skin", in the scene where the possessed boy is attacking his mother and Wesley and Angel are trying to pull her away, Wesley shouts something in Latin at the boy.
Watch closely as Angel (or rather, David) starts to laugh, then quickly puts his head down to hide it from the camera.

Anyone ever notice any stuff like this in your viewings of these shows?

no snub, it just takes me a while to post because I need to think if there's anything I've noticed :)

Can't say I've noticed anything, so I can't post! :(
I noticed that in the S1 Angel episode "I will remember you" whenever Buffy is crying in angel's arms after he tells her that her memory of the day they had will be gone in a minute, David says "sarah". After alittle research it turns out that he was trying to comfort SMG, who was having a hard time with the fact that Buffy and Angel once again weren't going to end up together. Am I the only one who loves how invested Sarah gets into the characters she plays?

what?!?!!?! I'm deaf. haha I need to re-watch all of Angel right now.
Oh wow. This is some interesting stuff. I can't remember noticing anything like this but I'm totally going to keep an eye out during my current rewatch. 😀

I usually never notice things like this; and even when I am told about them I have to end up re-watching the scene a couple times before I notice it.

There's a moment in OMWF when Buffy is dancing in The Bronze, and Tara is doing 'back-up', and she trips up a little bit. I think you can see her smiling a bit, too.

Amy! Long time no see! :)
During Becoming part 2 in the sword fight scene, it's obvious that it's a stunt double- the stunt guy's hairline is VERY different from David's! 🙂

Yes yes! That so much! It's so obvious, it's not even funny. Also the same for Buffy in that fight. 😉

Oh and Walt, I'll definitely have to check the scene you're talking about. I never noticed that.

In Beer Bad when Buffy is getting everyone out of the bar you can see that its most definitely a man and not Buffy.

I've seen that mistake in Angel that Old Master is referring to, I missed it the first time but when you know to look for it and see it you wonder how you could have missed it 🙂

I notice these little slip ups. 🙂 I don't always think to note them but I do notice, and sometimes it's annoying 'cause it ruins the moment for me, but sometimes I love it. There's one where James laughs when he's not supposed to and it cracks me up, though... I can't remember where...

There's one in Earshot were Buffy runs up to the clock tower and her top changes. I dont let the little things bother me, mistakes will happen, but it doesnt retract anything from the show.

I've never noticed any of these personally but Im going to have to look out for them all now 🙂

Hm, I never notice these slip-ups. 😛 Even the 'obvious' stunt doubles.

In Innocence (Season 2, episode 14) Xander tells Cordelia to meet him at Willow's house in thirty minutes, wearing something trashier. Then it's the next day, when Buffy accosts Ms. Calendar in her class, demanding answers. The next thing you know, it's night again and Xander, Willow, Cordelia and Oz are at the army base. Joss himself has spoken on this: "I was watching the final mix of 'Innocence' when I noticed this huge mistake. Let's just think of it as them going to Willow's the night before to practice and go over what they were going to do

There was something unusal in Angel season 3. I think the episode is called "Bobby" or "Billy". There a policeman starts attacking his female partner. In the end she killed him with her gun. Both had been whites. Some hours later Gunn, Wesley and Angel arrive. Then there was a dialoge like this:
Wesley: Somebody could go to hospital and ask around what happened with "his related".
Gunn: And listen carefully to the things nurses says...
Wesley: Yeah...
Gunn: I'll go(Running away...)
Well the policeman was white and Gunn black, that made me smile. It would have been more inconspicuous if Wesley had gone... Hope this fits here.

No! Haha I don't remember that at all. I need to re-watch that episode pronto. I love stuff like that. The only hilarious thing I've ever picked up on is the lunch lady's stunt double in Earshot haha. It's not hard to miss, at all. She is a large woman...her stunt double is a skinny man. Someone made a thread about it recently and just the thought of it cracks me up.
