Ever wonder where the heck the websites ever come from?

After doing a rewatch of both BTVS and Angel, ever wonder where the heck the websites

"Demons, Demons, Demons"

the website Willow and Giles were looking at in "End of Days"

little websites like those. I mean if Mortals don't know about the existences of Magic, and Demons; then why why are those websites on the Internet?

It's a thing that makes you wonder ya know?

Some mortals obviously know. The Watcher's Council, the Initiative, various magic users. Hell, even the occult shop owner that Jenny bought the Orb for Angel's ritual knew about it. It's probably similar to magic in the real world. The average person on the street doesn't know much at all, but a quick Google search of the words occult forums will bring up a lot of hits of people who at least claim to have knowledge of the occult so it's probably similar in the Buffyverse.

In the Buffyverse in the 80s I would say the world was prutty in the dark but the advent of the internet and how fast media could be seen I would say the walls where starting to come down fast.

Alot of Sunnydale resadents knew something was up...Band Candy,Gingerbread,Gradutation pt 2 the parents where in attendance as well when the Mayor got all snakey and the sinors knew as they where prepared for war.

So the walks came down even faster and by the time S8 happen the walls where gone completly
