I think they would be good together! Angelus would love her evilly wicked magic ways and she would probably find him funny! (Or annoying and burn him from the inside out!) Either way they would make the perfect match!
 
They'd be great for eachother but Darth Rosenberg would probably get bored with him in the end and kill him... 🙁

I see the relationship in my head and then i don't see it, it's a pretty strange yet great match! 🙂
 
I think they are both too snide-they'd be tiffing with each other all the time until Angelus gets angry and snaps her neck when she's not paying attention.
 
I could see Vamp Willow and Angelus as a twisted couple but not Angelus and Dark Willow. She doesn't seem the type to want an evil partner.

Angelus could never be partners with someone of an equal or greater level... see his relationships with Spike and the Master.

Darth Rosenberg could never be with anyone. Even though she's not with Tara, probably doesn't even love her, they're tied together. Plus, DR is gay.
