EW.com Poll: Joss Whedon's Best Work

I was tempted to vote for "Who's Joss Whedon? And what's EW.com? Where am I?", but didn't. I decided I should take the mature route and answer truthfully.
Not really. 🙂

I voted for Buffy. And, Dollhouse is still winning. I don't know why; I thought it would be Firefly. I always thought Browncoats were pretty dedicated about these kinds of things.
 
I'm shocked about Dollhouse too.(Sorry Flannie and Taake 😛)

But I voted for Angel even though I love it as much as Buffy. I just think it's a better show. So shocked when people think Buffy is a lame show(For example, my dad).
 
I don't know if I have to vote for Buffy or Angel... actually those are the only two Whedonverse shows I've ever seen 🙂
Never seen Dollhouse, Firefly or whatever.
 
Voted Firefly. I wouldn't put Dollhouse as number one but if it ends up winning I'll be happy about it. It often get bashed way more than it should. So if Firefly can't win I'm hoping for Dollhouse.

Well, everything on the list is awesome (they could have included, say, "Alien: Resurrection" on the list) so it seems a bit pointless from the perspective of Whedon fans. i would guess that the reason Dollhouse is number one is because some group of Dollhouse fans somewhere are encouraging people to vote in large numbers for it: you could make a point that that would send a message to Fox regarding its early cancellation and that, yay, BtVS not winning could send a message to the Kuzuis not to bother with their movie.

But I doubt anyone really cares about an EW poll.

Re: Angel, as Blixten said, presumably it's so low because it's rare to find an Angel fan who's not a Buffy fan. And, well, Angel is the spin-off. So it makes sense (I voted BtVS because it's the main franchise of the two, but I'm not sure which one I prefer: I see them as one series, really).
 
People need to remember that most popular is far far away from being the same as being the best. No matter what we're talking about.
