EW's Top 25 Emmy Snubs

Quire ridiculous that the show didn't win an Emmy, unbelievable when you think how groundbreaking the show was. :confused2:

I definitely agree with the countdown, but more so that Buffy definitely deserved the top spot! Didn't Buffy win an Emmy for "Best Dramatic Moment in Television" (or something like that) for "The Gift"? I swear I heard about that before, but I don't think it was broadcasted with the rest of the awards..
 
I mainly agree about my so called life sarah and buffy. Shows that mean so much and touch so many people they dont get nominated weird.
I am shocked about married with children because it is funnier than some shows today IMO.
I am a little shocked Lauren graham is on the list.

Yes, but that was after the fact.

And I just read on the Buffyguide that it was nominated for an Emmy for best hairstyling or something or other for Beer Bad. How ridiculous is that!

Why in the world weren't writing noms or acting noms for The Body?!

It's a travesty that "The Body" was never nominated, at least for writing.

On IMDB.com, the biggest Emmy nomination it got was Joss Whedon getting nominated for "Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series" for "Hush." He lost out to The West Wing. The rest of its nominations were pretty much for hair, makeup, visual effects, cinematography, and sound editing. It also got some nominations for music.

Oh, I just found out it did win an Emmy for that with "The Gift." It was in 2008 though. They did it for the Emmy's 60th Anniversary. But, it was a public vote. Power to the people 😀
