Exactly when is Holland resurrected?

In late Season 3, when Connor is kidnapped by Holtz and Angel kidnaps Holland for answers; he appears to be resurrected.

But I thought he was killed by Darla and Drusilla in Season 2? When was he resurrected?

He was not Holland Manners. He was Linwood

Yep, he was Linwood, although Holland does reappear post-death in an earlier episode, was his contract with W&H extends beyond death, in the same way that Lilah's did.
