Well, we're supposed to be a community. You don't just kick someone out of it before you've even given them a chance. Everyone deserves a second chance, imo.

Banning is done on a case by case basis - there's no list like "if you do x, you get banned"
Usually it's really clear when someone needs to be banned, but what would generally happen is the staff would all discuss the matter and come to an agreement on the best course of action.
Obviously, in the case where someone is posting porn links all over the board, they would be banned immediately to stop it, but usually it's something the entires staff agrees on.

As for your brother approach shot I think it's great that he competes and that's certainly a hell of a lot more than I can bench.

Ok, I wasn't going to post in here, but I thought I should remind you all that the admins created this place so we all discuss how much we love buffy and angel 🙂 not to fight and argue. I think we should all forget about this, what's done is done. we shouldn't hate each other because of something like this, there are bigger problems in the world. 🙂
