Do you get the picture answers from quizzes onto your post??I've tried the IMG button but am obviously doing something wrong.......😱

Do you save it or look at the properties?

try using [img*]HTTP HERE[/*img] just get rid of the *'s

Errr,I'm pretty clueless, could you tell me what you do exactly??Thanks.....

When the picture comes up for the results click on the wrong side of the picture and will say Properties click on that and it will bring up the Address(URL) highlight that and then copy.
On Buffyboards right [img*]THE ADDRESS/URL[*/img] (dont forget to take the * or it wont work.

Right I did what you said but only got the URL of the picture, not the picture on the post if you see what I mean....It launched a new window when I clicked on the URL,with the picture I want to post on its own......Can you think of anything else??Or if not thanks for trying to help anyway..... 🙂

Well i kinda do it a hard way...Im not sure if this is how its done by others.....See if you have an account at www.free-host.com or some other picture hosting site then
You save the picture onto your computer.Go to your account at the hosting page you are sighned up on and upload it..When it is done uploading click on the name of your picture and when it pops up copy the url by right click and going down to copy,(im sure you know how to do that huh) and then here at the boards hit img and paste the url thinggy...Lol i take the hard route!!!

Right click on the image you wish to post, then go down to where you see 'Properties' - left click on that - then copy and paste the url of the image and put the vb image tags round it like so:-

[*img]http://www.cheesyquizbanner/cheesy.jpg[*/img]

Just remember to take out the * or the image won't show up.🙂

It sounds like the first time you did it you didn't right click.🙂

Hope that helps - alternatively if they provide you with the html code for the banner, then copy and paste the url of the image out of it, and change the '<img src=' coding for the [*img] & [/*img] tags. Just check and make sure that you can actually link to the image because some of these quiz sites ask you to save the pic elsewhere instead of linking to their sites. 😉

Thanks everyone for your help and advice!!I can now do it!!*Feels proud*......Thanks again!!😀
