I was just kind of wondering what kind of exercises most of the people here do. I know in america obesity is a problem. So, what ways do you guys stay fit? I usually get at least 2 miles of running in daily and 200 sit ups per night.

holy crap your tummy must be pretty flat!
Where I am I have council-subsidised training programs...rather than paying someone 60 bucks an hour to have them torture...I mean train you only have to pay $5 so I go to that once a week.

I also go to the personal training program that work is paying for. Same sort stuff but it's free and twice a week.

Other than that I'm fairly lazy...I think I need those people yelling at me or else I'd just go home after work and sleep all the time :lmao:

Lots and lots of walking right now. I got to lose the rest the weight I gain during my pregnancy. It seems to be taking for ever to lose it.

The only exercise I get is lifting the remote. And some occassional yard/house work. I hate exercise, tho I do realize I need to get more of it.

i go to the gym pretty much everyday 😀
with like maybe two days off a week as your body needs rest.
and i walk everyday 😀 and im not playing soccer this year so i need to do extra excersise to keep fit

I work out about 7-8 hours a week. Have Sundays off.. lost about 32 kilos 😀 7 to go.
I do body combat, attack, weights and step classes. Also running and that.

Heh! You sound like me.....I do those "curls" too, forgot to mention those!
i work. trust me, that's all the excerise i need. what i do at work equals to power working for four hours solid everyday. that's more than enough, the last thing i wanna do after that is go to the gym!

Walk, walk, walk. I put my daughter (19-months) up on my back in a carrier and walk the dog every night after work (weather permitting). And then spend the rest of the night running around after her. 😉 So yeah kids are GREAT at helping you lose weight! 😀

I run pretty much every day. It's the only thing that i'm capable of because my arms are smaller than a baseball bat. And not the big ones .I'm talking like little kids t-ball bats.

I run two or three miles, alternating jogging the first then for the second sprint 1/10 of a mile then jog 1/10 and so on. Then I lift weights for about a half and hour, then ride the exercise bike for 30-45 minutes.

On alternate days I box and play basketball instead.

I played basketball all through my pregnancy! Great workout (at least until I was bigger than the basketball!)
Soccer. All day. 🙂 It's awesome. I've gotten into Yoga a little bit too, you'd be surprised how hard that stuff is, it kicks my ass everytime.

I'm guessing a coffee and a cigarette in the morning doesn't count so much as exercise, does it?

Though I'm decent condition and as soon as I rebuild my room, going back to the gym.

I take an aerobics class once a week and I go to the gym whenever I feel like it, (which is usually when I'm worrying about paying the 50 euro monthly fee and not going...I hate going all by my lonesome self though...)
Luckily I don't have to mind what I eat and still look 'well proportioned' as I call it 😀

I swim about twice a week, I go horseback riding six days aweek, I walk once a week and I do 30 pushups and 50 situps before bed every night (if I'm alone.....)
