Some idiot tried to blow up an army recruiting station in Times Square. Luckily, it doesn't seem anyone was hurt, and it caused only minor structural damage.

honestly, i LIVE here and heard nothing of it except for a blurb i read on Yahoo before heading to class at around 11:30. no one was talking about it, so i guess it didn't make much of an impact.

No, just some blown out windows. A person on a bike was seen looking suspicious though. Had his/her hoodie pretty much covering his/her face. Also riding bike very slowly. The bike was found so all they can do now is try to get dna etc. Also check with cameras from a few blocks away in each direction.

The same thing apparently happened last month at the British and Mexican Consulates, but the DHS is asking the media to keep it quiet.
