tell an ublievable story that involves you...in a concise manner...like a couple of lines...

and we'll guess that it actually happened to you or not...

you can tell a real event...or you can bullshit...but don't tell us till after we guess...

fact or fiction...

hmm...me and my friends got in a fight with those guardian angels...the ones that think that they're all hot and stuff and roam the streets at night...and we totally won...my friend stole one of their berets...lol...it was great..

fact or fiction??

Well, I can imagine anybody with the name of "Soulgams" getting into a street fight with guardian angles.

I say fact.

Okay, my story.

On my wedding day, we found out in between the ceremony and the reception that the Caterers had lost my cake (there was a three hour lapse between the two). It was presumed that the cake was sent to different reception that was happening at the same time as mine. The Caterer actually had to call in a favor to one of their friends in the business to see if they had a cake available that could be doctored or could slap one together. It turns out that the new person had an available cake that was everything opposite of what I wanted, but it had to do. They slapped a couple flowers on it, and that was that. Very stressful. And, I like chocolate cake, and ended up with vanilla cake on my special day. Oh, well. I guess the cake is not your marriage, huh?

Fact or fiction?

sorry...totally bullshit...now tell if yours was f or f
fact...seems plausible....

i'd be pissed if the caterer screwed up...man...especially at my wedding...because i'd have those cakes that a lady can get into...and then my screw up would be if they put a man instead of a lady in the cake...i'd be pissed...

Totally fake! I would probably still be in solitary confinement if they messed up my wedding cake!
I'd say fact...sounds too implausible to be false, and truth is MUCH stranger than fiction.

OK.

Mrs. D and I were sitting in the restaurant her brother was the chef in. It was "open mic" night (Thursday), and it was popular with the guitar and coffee set, and it was late. We had been in Toronto the night before to see Bruce Springsteen, our favourite concert act. We were sitting there and some guy walked in with his guitar. It was chilly, and he had his coat's collar up (so no one got a good look at him), and a guitar in his hand. He ordered a beer, and when the guy on the stage got done, he sat on the stool and started to play...then he started to sing...yup...Bruce himself, in the City Fun Forgot (halfway between his gigs in Toronto and Detroit). A quick check outside revealed a tour bus in the parking lot across the street. He played two songs, finished his beer and smiled and winked at us as he walked out. There were maybe 18 people there total, and except for Mrs D, her brother and me, I bet only three or four actually knew who it was...

Fact or fiction?

yeah KD's gotta be making that up. who drinks coffee at a pub :S

anyhow.

many years in the past (well like four) Faldor (thats me) was at a theatre in Plymouth and i was with a chap called Adam. adam liked the actor because he used to present kids telly. he was phillip Schofield.

so sure enough we went outback and waited and he came and signed stuff. so i said "oi phillip schofield, i used to watch you on the telly" which he seemed quite pleased at. so i continued "with gordon the goffer!"

at the mention of his more famous pupper sidekick Schofield turned bright red and stormed off.

he now presents the national lottery.

Phillip Schofield dosent like me. True or False?

Busted again...
I say that's fact.

Here's my story.

So I go back to my home town for the weekend and I hook up with a friend from 3rd and 4th grade. We're hanging out at her house when all the sudden she mentions she's dying to hear a song by Greenday. I tell her I have the Greenday "American Idiot" CD at my grandma's house (who lived like 4 blocks away) and we agree to go get it. It's like midnight and the towns curfew is 10 o'clock (stupid town) we're like a block away from her house when a cop pulls up and we earn ourselves two curfew tickets!!! (not that we didn't deserve it)

Now I can't hang out with my friend anymore.
Fact or fiction?

I know, this story isn't great. This story just came to my mind

slaying spuffy...fact...although that town sounds quiet if the police are giving curfew tickets...

Some of these are really great storries, true or not.

When I was six, one of my parents "kidnapped" me and took me half way around the world, thereby defiing civil court orders and breaking the custody agreement.

kin....fact...i believe that...seems plausible...unless you got that from a lifetime special or something

Wow, I was sure that someone would say fiction. However, that it the true, melodramatic story of my life. And you're right, it does sound like a lifetime movie.

wow...must've been heavy for you at the time...are you alright about it...hope there's no lasting trauma...
