I do like Faith, and I think I have liked her more after a couple of re-watches, but at first, I used to think, "why does everyone like faith so much?" so, why does everyone like her so much?
🙂

I don't like Faith at all....but im currently rewatching S4 and i just watched TYG & Who Are You and i sort of feel bad for her now.....but I still dont like her.

I'll give it a few more re-watches and see if I change my mind 🙂

I love Faith, I have always loved Faith. I think it might be as spikecakes said before that she is a rebel. Which I have always wanted to be/am going to be, I have always felt bad for her also. Snice she was never in the loop with the gang and I know how that feels. Lastly Eliza Dushku was my favorite actress even before Buffy so I was freaking out when I saw her as Faith.

I love that fact that she's so different to Buffy, but not in a Kendra way. She tries hard to fit in, but only ends up in more trouble. Her interactions with the others are great to watch and how she progresses through the years from scared girl, to co-slayer, then evil's helper, and finally the woman she is in the end

I like her because she was flawed. Sometimes watching Buffy (the character) got boring because she always did the right thing. It was fun to see a slayer start off misguided and slowly turn into one of the good guys.

She was very realistic and I liked her struggles they made her shine to me. Also Faith is the most badass girl on there maybe except for Illyria.

I like Faith because, like the old Avis Car Rental commercial used to say, she's Number Two, and as such, she has to constantly try harder. I've always been a sucker for the guy who always gives it his all, even when he, or she, knows that somebody else is always going to get the lion's share of the glory.

I never really care for Faith in BTVS, but I really do like her in Angel. Maybe because I feel like in BTVS, we are supposed to feel pity for her, and it's too much "Poor Faith" all the way. In Ats, she's much more interesting. I love her journey to go herself to the police because it's the right thing to do, for a start. I love how intelligent she was in her fight with Angelus. I think that when she's not outshined by Buffy, Faith is really a great character. Otherwise, she's just "the failed Slayer who wants to be more like the good Slayer". In Angel it's more "Young disturbed lady tries to find the good path and is fighting herself".

Yeah that's the thing. In BTVS I feel like her struggle is mostly related to Buffy while in Angel it's related to herself and what is right.
