I just watched Star Treck: Nemesis and I noticed that that one guy had the same knife Faith had on Buffy...she got it from the mayer, you know the one Buffy "staked" Faith with... I'm sure it's the same...did anybody else notice that?

It appears to be the same knife. The props team must have brought the same one or something, it's deffinately the same.

Jackal's aren't particularly uncommon. Most weapon stores sell them as well as many similar weapons.
I have 2 Jackals, silver (like Faiths) and gold. There's a variant I want called the Scorpion but it costs a lot, like over twice as much. Here is one on ebay:
