Faiths past

I was wondering what facts there are about her past and what speculation people have.

I read in another thread(which was about a year old) that some people seemed to think that Faith had been abused, perhaps sexually as a child, explaining her distrust of men.

I never really saw a problem with men, well at least sexually. she gets with xander, her and Angel have a strong close relationship.

I think the only problem she has with men, may be the result of not ghaving a father figure(or a close parent figure at all) which is the reason for her closeness to the mayor.

I thought the same thing that it was the absence of a father figure that caused her lack of trust in Men.

On another thing, in "Who are you" when Faith is in Buffy's Body and she meets Spike she refers to him as William the Bloody, now of course she could have been told that by the others but is it possible that Faith maybe studied when she had a watcher, cuz the way she said William the Bloody with a chip in his head, kind of implies that she know his past?
