I had a Rome-a-thon at my house on the weekend, and I was thinking, gotta love that last line from Rome, "About your father...".

Other series have had brilliant last lines to end the series. Dead Like Me has a good one. "All in all it's not so bad to be dead like me".

Angel's is good too, "Well, personally, I kind of want to slay the dragon.
Let's go to work. "

And of course there's "Yeah Buffy. What are we gonna do now?"

Can anybody think of any other good ones?

From Charmed: "We are a family of survivors and always will be. Which is why we've truly been charmed."

Hawkeye Pierce reading the word BJ arranged with the rocks from the helo pad in M*A*S*H "Goodbye".
Not really spoken words but still a great last line.

I heard the last lines of Seinfeld are the same as the first lines of the pilot.

"No. I don't see it as a series...maybe a movie." - Arrested Development

And I want to put Veronica Mars but technically its "Dad?" so instead I'll cheat and put the pneultimate (sp?) as its more significant:
Veronica: "You know I love you right? More than anything."
Keith: "Of course honey. I never doubt it."
