Got to use "Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole" on the neighbour today. So he had no choice but to listen to Michael Jackson the whole way to the city. It made me very happy 😀

What fandom phrases do you get to use in real life? (Doesn't have to be Buffy related)

That does remind me of fandom swearing. Like frack. I once shocked someone speechless by saying that in front of her; she'd never heard me swear before. 😀 I may be one of the few people who will actually yell "Sugar!"...

Not from a fandom, but from the movie Speed (1994), if there's a tech related fail it's: "Geez, Bob, what button did you push?"

Spike's: "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't care"

I can't remember where I came across it - I think it was in a novel - but I've used the similar "Vague, yet unhelpful."

I occasionally use phrases from Malcolm Tucker (The Thick of It) and Fawlty Towers because they're so amusing. But I really have to be careful with the Malcolm quotes. Most Americans definitely take offense, and don't appreciate Malcolm's "way with words." 😅
