Fantasty Buffyverse crossovers...with a twist

There have been a few of these threads swirling around, but I wanted to propose one with a bit of a unique twist to it. Let's say you're charged with creating an episode of BTVS or AtS that has to involve a crossover with another show (let's not get to caught up in continuity entanglements). The kick is however, that the show the Buffyverse is crossing over with HAS to still be on the air, and for the sake of originality, can't be Supernatural, TruBlood or The Vampire Diaries (simply because those three always get cited).

For me, I'd choose Arrow. I know they have a pretty different premise (but enough core aspects in common to make it work), but I think it'd be really cool to see Oliver, Diggle and Felicity come to Sunnydale or Buffy/Angel and company go to Starling City to hunt down a demon. I think that Buffy and Oliver as leads would have awesome chemistry together.

Conversely, if Oliver had to go to L.A. for whatever reason, having an initial fight between him and Angel when he first gets there would be awesome!
 
Damn I'd love to see how Buffy and Faith handled The Originals (TVD)... OK OK seen as it's about to come back to the small screen next year it counts in my book as current!!! I wanna see Buffy side with Jack Bauer in taking down bad Faith!!! Chloe working with Giles and clashing with Willow 😀
 
Can we wait a few weeks, until "Dracula" premiers? As of right now, "Grimm" comes to mind, as well as "Teen Wolf." Either one would fit perfectly within the Buffyverse, and "Lost Girl" wouldn't be too difficult to make work. (Willow and Bo would make one helluva pair)

And I know you stipulated only series still in production, but I just have to mention, there used to be some pretty good Buffy/Highlander crossover fan fictions on several websites, and Angel and Mick St James would have made a great partnership as vampire P I's.

I've love the idea of BtVS is that dark theme (not BtVSs version of a dark place which is just Buffy sleeping with Spike, but actually thrillingly creepy)

Or Leslie Knope and her parks team come to Sunnydale to get their parks in order as there has been a number of deaths in the Sunnydales parks

Or The Real Housewives of Sunnydale!

Doctor Who!! Of course, I'm not sure how that would work, but there were vampires in DW. Well, not vampires exactly, but still. 😉
 
The Blacklist. Let's see, James Spader (as Red Reddington) knows a few demons that he will offer up to Buffy via Liz Keen.
