Fashion Face-Off: Chlo Sevigny vs. Eliza Dushku - E! Online

Chloà« Sevigny and Eliza Dushku both have big love for this taupe Kimberly Ovitz dress.

Chloà« chose it first, wearing the sheath for a BlackBerry bash in the Big Apple, while Eliza picked it for an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman.

Indie queen Chloà« kept it simple, wearing strappy calf-high sandals, leaving her blond locks loose and keeping her makeup natural.

Eliza went a little overboard on the accessories...

Not only did the Dollhouse actress winterize the nude number with black tights, she also added one fingerless glove, a chunky necklace and peeptoe platform sandals.

As if that wasn't enough, she wore dark berry lipstick, reminding us of her days on Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

Chloà« definitely has lapses in taste, but she's the clear winner on this one in our book. How about yours?

I know what they're saying about the too much accesories part , but to be honest i think Eliza looks better 🙂

even if she is wearing tights.

I like the other girls shoes better though, i suppose Eliza could of worn nicer shoes ;p

Yee gods, what a comparison, that Chloe looks like she just came off an all week drinking session.
Eliza has a facial expression that speaks ' I'm happy '. Chloe looks bored, disinterested and off her head. Chloe's total 'prescence' is negative, there is no balance in what she is wearing, Eliza on the other hand has balance. The colour of the shoes give a balance to the colour of the dress, the glove helps that balance as in the colour of the hair, the glove and the tights.
It appears that Eliza gave a lot of thought to her overall appearance where-as that Chloe looks like she chucked on what-ever was at hand.

I hate Chloe Sevigny. Seriously... Girl is FUG, and she can't act worth crap, IMO.

Eliza looks WAY better, hands-down. Even if I wasn't a fan of hers, I'd still say she looks gorgeous. And personally, I think the deep berry lipstick is HAWT. 😀

Well, looks wise Eliza is definitely more beautiful then Chloe. But, it's a fashion face off, and I'm sorry to say, but Eliza's outfit isn't really the greatest. The one glove looks stupid, and the stockings with peep toe shoes are a big fashion no-no.

Eliza will always win my heart over Chloe.. but if I'm honest about it - Chloe is a clear winner when it comes down to fashion and how she's worn the dress.

Eliza looks better hands down. Like ILLYRIAN said, she has a 'I'm happy' face. I don't like her black lipstick though. But I like how she worn black those accessories. 🙂

I have to say I don't think either of them have made the best of the dress. Eliza's accessories are strange and Chloe just looks ill with shoes that just don't go with the dress.

Chloe Sevigny's outfit is boring, but at least it isn't a monumental disaster like Eliza's. The dark lipstick is absurd, fingerless gloves suck and wearing just one is one of the most gimmicky missteps I've ever seen and the shoes just don't go. The chunky necklace is horrible, but she can be let off for that one since it is clear that the dress does need SOME kind of accessory to lift it from looking drab, she just should've chosen a necklace that isn't revolting. It doesn't help that the dress is just generally pretty bland though, which is probably why Eliza over-accessorised. Chloe Sevigny is hella ugly though, so I'd still rather do Eliza even in that outfit.

Hmmm I have to say I prefer Eliza in that outfit minus those horrible shoes she has on and that silly necklace that makes her look like shes stepped out of Egyptian times. I can see that Eliza was trying to match her accessories colours to her dress. I think though if she stole Chloe's black strappy shoes and got rid of the necklace the outfit would be more of a winner. 😀

I think Chloe looks better, I hate everything about Eliza's accessories the tights don't work, the glove is weird, the shoes are horrible and the bag/necklace are just random. Like she grabbed all the things off the floor without looking, or maybe got dressed without a mirror. Yes she's smiling but that has nothing to do with what she looks like!. However I do like the plum lipstick, it's nice but not with that outfit.

If she got rid of the glove,tights,shoes and bag. And wore just some nude heels I think she could have gotten away with the necklace and lipstick.
