Favorite Big Bad

So... who's your favorite?

Well my choice is obvious. She was the strongest and toughest of the big bads. IMO... I guess the Mayor was pretty strong too but I still think Glory's tougher.

Now heres the reason I adore Glory.

She's funny, absolutely hilarious. She was strong, confident and she was a God. and she kicked Buffy's ass over n over again. Not to mention she was beautifull, drop dead gorgous to be exact. I also loved how she wasn't a typical big bad, she cursed, didn't speak in a "holier than thou" kinda way and just had some great lines. And if it wasn't for the following things, she would have killed Buffy in "The Gift"

1. Buffy had that hammer, it was the hammer of a god no less.
2. Willow brain drained her, leaving her at a near insane state. so instead of being at 100% she was prolly at like... 60%, maybe even less.
3. The orb of whatever, it probably did something to mess her up.
4. she had a small window of opportunite to get back to her dimension, so she was rushed and probably panicking.

But I must say that I am satisfied with the ending of season 5. Buffy winning and jumping off that tower was still a pivital and one of my favorite moments of the whole entire series.
 
I voted for Dark Willow. Her power was amazing, so incredible and immense. Glory comes in a close second. Though she sometimes annoyed me, she was a pretty entertaining character.
 
I love them all for their own reasons YES including Adam.....but i gotta vote for the Mayor. He was just spot on as a character. I never got bored with his scenes, and his relationship with Faith was a perfect Mirror for Giles and Buffy.

My second would definitely be Angelus, just because of how personal Angelus was and how evil and maniacal he became.

I liked Adam alot too, just because he thought everything threw and was a good sci-fi type villain, we didn't get enough of those on Buffy. Or Angel, for that matter.
 
My favorite big bad isn't on the list which is Evil Cordy. She hurt the team from the inside and she did a lot of damage. She had some good lines too and that magic battle with Willow was awesome. From the list, I would have to say Glory. She was an evil bitca.
 
Oh yes I forgot to add that this was just for Buffy. I'll let someone else do one for Angel. I'm kinda suprised no one's voted for Angelus, he's usually a favorite:buble_eye
 
i voted for Angelus!! gotta love those leather pants! 😉
seriously though, i just loved Angelus as an evil character...he can get inside everyone's head and use every memory Angel has against his friends.
he is the perfect bad guy, IMO.
 
My favorite was definitely Angelus. He was just so much fun, so evil, in an emotional way. And he was way hotter than Angel! Second is Glory, who's just silly and funny character, but she's a god. The Mayor was also good. I hated the First. A big bad that can't touch anyone.
 
I voted for Dark Willow, because for those three episodes she was in and doing such evil things, I was sitting there going "Thats still Willow" It was so cool, that she was completely evil yet she used to be little shy Willow!

The Mayor was such a close second, he was just an incredible bad guy! And then The First , cuz I really liked it's evil plan! Angel was also cool..

Oh they were all so good!! (in a evil way)
 
Going with Glory
Her "Oooh, she's sassy" line about Dawn puts her at the top in my book.

Mayor: Just plain silly "Two words. Miniature...Golf"

Witchy Willow: Not enough to get a good grasp of (in my opinion.)
 
Yeah the mayor is defenately one of my more favorite big bads. I've actually grown to like them all. They're all great in their own ways. Except for The First, The First bored me.
 
I voted Angelus....because he was close to everyone so it made it so much more personal and hurtful.

The Mayor is a close second though....his germ phobia and all his funny little comments about drinking milk always had me on the floor. :happy30:
 
I voted for the frist I like how he tryed to split the gang up by appareing as important people to certain characters.

I also like the mayor because he was really funny and nice to Faith treat her like a daughter.
 
Angelus hands down... great big bad... plus he's hot and agreeing with Kimm there... because he was so close to everyone it hurt alot more...
 
I can't make up my mind between Angelus, the Mayor, Glory and the First Evil...shame on you for confusing a poor, old gent 🙂😉
 
Yeah hard choice.... they are all excellent in their own field.. like each with its own weapons and stuff.... but I choosed the Mayor as well... because the whole father / daughter relationship with Faith... his being so human and yet evil... his being such a maniac over little things... I donno... all of it makes him the best bad guy in my opinion. :blackey:
 
lol i loved the mayor and the germs thing that was funny... but i still cant change my vote for Angelus i loved how evil he was... how he loved to torchure his victims 😀
