My fave is easily The Gift - it will always be my favorite episode out of both shows. Every time I watch it... I dunno, it's just so quintessential!

Becoming 2, I just loved that Season finale to pieces! That song they played at the end by Sarah McLachlan, 'Full Of Grace' with Buffy leaving after she had killed Angel gets me everytime.
