Favorite Character and Why?

My favourite character is Wesley, without question, and probably because he's the "soul" of the Buffyverse. There is no other character out there who goes through as as human a maturing process, going from goofy schoolboy to hard-edged fighter. Wesley, for me, is an inspiration, because he goes through incredible hardship and grows from it, making mistakes along the way (otherwise, he'd be an unrealistic superhuman), but clinging to his values and his mission no matter what happens. He always tries to do the right thing, no matter how dark the hour, no matter how painful the task, no matter how meager the reward. And to top it all off, he's human -- he has no supernatural powers to ward off the brunt of the darkness he faces. That's what makes Wesley, IMHO, the most truly heroic character in the Buffyverse.

I like Spike because he is so ironic and he just looks hot
But I like Willow and Anya aswell, because Willow is the person who really changed in the whole seasons- from the shy to the evil one
And Anya because she always says what's on her mind and she is just... funny!!

she is the greatest. I absolutly love everything about her. She is just so sweet and lovable. I just feel like she is a great role model and Amber Benson just plays the character so well. Even without Willow she would have been my fav, she just deserves it so much because it's like she always put others before herself and she knows what lines not to cross and she is just great emotional support to the scoobies and to Willow. I just love the way she reacted to Buffy sleeping with Spike. She is just so understanding. And I could keep going on and on

2. Faith

She seems just so real to me and I really can relate to her. She is hot too

3. Jenny

Men i love Jenny. I would have loved to see her for a longer period of time though. Giles and Jenny were perfect for each other. I just randomly miss her sometimes when I watch s4 or s7 because she could have changed the whole story. She could have become a mother figure to Buffy after Joyce's death and Giles could have gotten married and....the whole story would have changed

Now the characters on Angel. This time it's pretty much a tie between three of them: Doyle, Wesley and Kate

Doyle

He was just a hero to my eyes. I loved his personnality and him and Cordy would have been so funny to see together

Wesley

HOT HOT HOT!! at least in the last couples of seasons!! At first i liked him but I fell in love with the character in s3. His character was just so complicated and I love it. Again he was sort of hot in his bad ass attitude of s4

Kate

I know she wasn't that important but I really liked her. She fited perfectly in the early story line of Angel. I was so sad that she just disappeared of the show. I thought for sure that she was eventually gonna become a regular but unfortunetly it never happened.

1. Tara - I liked every other Scooby (esp the S5-S6 group) but Tara is just special ... loved her to bits.

2. Buffy - she does carry the weight of the world; i felt for her.

3. Willow - just adorable

4. Anya - so funny and refreshing

5. Faith - so cool
