I've done this a few time, it kinda tend to change a lot 😛 I'll just go with my gut feeling.
1. Nightmares
2. Passion
3. Bad Girls
4. Restless
5. The Body
6. Normal Again
7. The Killer In Me
Well, that was hard, to be honest for many of the season it would have been tied between 2 or 3 episodes. Family, I Only Have Eyes For You, The Wish, The Gift, Hush, were all serious contenders for my list.

Oh man, its hard to pick one favorite episode. I have a few favorites for different reasons. I'm going to go with my favorite episode that I enjoy rewatching the most. We doing Buffy and Angel or just Buffy? I'll do both.
BtVS
S1-'Teacher's Pet', I haven't seen s1 a lot, but I really like this episode for some reason.
S2-While 'Passion' and 'Innocence' are great episodes and my favorite for different reasons, I go with 'Halloween' it's a fun episode to just watch if you pick something from S2
S3-'Dopplegangland' it was between this and 'Graduation Day pt1' But I really enjoy the humor of 'Dopplegangland'
S4-'This Year's Girl' I've seen this episode the most out of any episode in season 4, and while I like it's couterpart 'Who Are You?' I really like the dreams and the scene on campus.
S5-'Intervention' This is probably the only episode I rewatch from S5, but I love the Buffy bot and the humor and the ending.
S6-'Life Serial' Another great comedic episode, 'Tabula Rasa' and OMWF are up there but I enjoy 'Life Serial' more
S7-'Dirty Girls' Faith returns and Caleb get introduced, and S7 is good again.
Angel
S1-This one is tough because I love 'I will Remember You' but I'm going with 'Sanctuary' because I love Faith's journey. Plus we get Buffy and the scene on the rooftop between them is one of my favorite scenes on either show.
S2-I'm going with 'Reprise' I really like dark Angel hitting bottom and sleeping with Darla
S3-'Lullaby' love Darla
S4-'Orpheus' Faith and Angelus in Angels mind plus Willow equals awesome episode.
S5-'You're Welcome' The only episode we get Cordy in, in S5 and it's the Cordy that we all love.
Notice that I rewatch either the comedy episodes or Faith episodes the most, but that doesn't mean that other episodes aren't great or aren't my favorite these are just my favorite to rewatch and have a good time and enjoy. I think the easier question is what is my least favorite from each season.

2: Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered
3: Gingerbread (There are probably better episodes, but it's one of the more memorable ones in that season. I also liked Doppelgangland a lot, too)
4: Restless (HANDS DOWN the best episode in the season)
5: (God, I haven't seen this season in so long) Uh... Family is the one that I remember most
6: Tabula Rasa (This was the only semi-lighthearted episode in the season, not to mention hilarious! I want to be part of the Nancy Tribe)
7: The Killer in Me
