So....3 top favs, 3 bottom:

My favorite episodes of season 4:
-Hush
-Restless
-Who Are You
(although I also like The Yoko Factor, the fight scene in Primeval, & New Moon Rising)

Least Favorites:
-Beer Bad (my least fav of the entire series!! my least fav of any Whedon shows ever!!)
Well, gosh, I can't really pick any others. A lot of the others were "meh" for me, OK, not great, but not horrible. And none as horrible as Beer Bad. And I can usually find redeeming scenes or dialogue in every one.

All in all, I really ended up liking Season 4 more than I thought I did previously.

Everyone hates Beer Bad 🙁 Right, so it's totally ridiculous, but hey ridiculous can be good and I love it. And CaveBuffy is adorable. Any other Beer Bad likers out there?

I actually really like Beer Bad. It was hilarious! One of my favorites in Season 4
My favorites are:
-Hush (incredible, just amazing)
-Restless (a work of a genius)
-Something Blue (gold comedy)

My LEAST favorites:
-Beer Bad (the plot is too silly)
-Where the wild things are (it doesn't make sense)
-Goodbye Iowa (Boring)

Restless is by far my favourite ep of season 4, actually one of my fav eps of Buffy overall. Love seeing the focus on each character, and exploring their psyche. Kind of a strange ep to have as a season finale in a way, but I think it works really well. Weird dream eps are always cool.

Least favourite is easy - Beer Bad, for so many many reasons is this a terrible ep. God I hate it.

- Hush. It's also my favorite BtVS episode. Awesome more than you can put in a word. 😉
- Who Are You. Amazing!
- New Moon Rising. Make me happy(for Tillow) and sad(for Oz) so much.

Least favorite(not it particular order):
- Living Conditions. Lol, that's because I can relate to Buffy too much.
- The I In Team
Umm, that's it.

And I really like Beer Bad. It made me laugh a lot. I don't care if it's a bad joke. It's just funny and I like Caveman Buffy and the last scene so much.
 
Wow I never knew so many people hated Beer Bad lol I rewatch that episode so often I find it hilarious and fun. There are so many great lines. I actually really like this season, I grow to love it more an more with each rewatch, the first time it was my least favorite but now its ranked pretty high.

Favorites: Definitely Restless; it's my favorite episode ever. A New Man was funny, Superstar was fantastic, and Who Are You was pretty good. Also, of course, Hush. 😀

Least favorites.. Where the Wild Things Are, Beer Bad (it had an OK theme, but I thought it was stupid, and I strongly dislike Cave!Buffy), and.. Probably more, but I can't remember them. 😛

I know! I love Restless- classic Joss-written & directed ep. Although I think I like Hush slightly better. But Restless does such a great job linking season 4 & 5. It doesn't leave you with a huge cliffhanger or anything annoying like that LOL, but does leave you in anticipation.
 
Top favorites are

1.This years girl
2.Who are you?
3.Living conditions. I never get sick of this one. I think it is very light and funny for the most part.
Superstar and new moon rising and fear itself round up all my favorites out of the whole season.

Least favorite:

All the rest. Im kidding okay so.

1. A new man. The only reason I like it is because of Giles and Spike
2. Doomed. Once again Spike is the only thing saving this episode to me. His interaction brings so much I am realizing.
3. Beer bad. Even though this has grown on me it is still my least favorite. I sometimes even fall asleep during it if I am watching late at night.

They may change with my next re-watch but thinking off the top of my head those came to mind.

It's really really really not a bad episode. But it was a bit boring, because it didn't really have a plot. It was weird, but you can tell that a lot of thinking has been put into it, it was so smart, with such great hints for the future, present and past. It might have been one of the harder episodes to write. And you can't figure it all out in the first watch. You have to watch a few times to get all the hints and metaphores, what they're trying to say and what everything means. To people who watch it the first time, there is no way to understand it completely, because it's a difficult episode to get.
