I was just curious as to who everyone's favorite couple was. I personally love Simon and Kaylee. They are both my favorite characters and the adorableness of the both of them is just well adorable. I love the awakwardness they share sometimes it cracks me up. So, which couple is your favorite?
 
Mal and Inara, I thought they were cute, the way they danced around each other for so long, without anything really happening.

And for some reason, I ship Jayne and River. Don't ask me why, it just sorta happened. lol

Wash and Zoe. Their personalities were very complimentary. They brought out the best in one another and helped to temper the worst. They truly loved and respected one another. They had their problems, but they worked them out. No matter what, they came first in one another's lives. Wash and Zoe weren't just functional; they were happy.

Alas! We all know what happens when a Jossverse couple is happy...
 
Mal and Inara for sure.. but prolly just because it hasn't really happened yet. Love their interaction.. especially when Mals wife is around in those 2 episodes.

But Zoe and Walsh are/were really cute.. liked the scene with them in Heart of Gold.
 
I voted Zoe and Wash, I liked them from the beginning, it was a strange couple (worrier woman and woosy pilot?) but they worked 😛
I loved the Inara/ Mal dance but I think them getting together might have wreaked it, I cant explain it but I think the suspense is half the fun of the relationship.
Kaylee and Simon - also great! But we never really saw them as a true couple.... I always got the impression it was more of a convenience - Kaylee being the only girl in the world for Simon - literally 🙂 They were probably a bit lonely and turn to each other as their options are few! But in saying that , I still loved them 😛
 
I went with Mal and Inara. I love those two. Wish they would actually get together tho.
 
oh i just love kaylee and simon. simon is so sweet and so... well i think sweet covers it.
Kaylees crush is also really sweet 😛
 
I can't believe Z&W were behind until I wandered onto this thread.

I love them together. Don't get me wrong, K&S are hotness (yum, Simon Tam), but as far as favoritage goes, it's got to be the balance between Z&W.
 
Well, Mal and Inara were probably the most fun (even if they weren't a real couple), so they'd have to get my vote. Second choice would be Jayne and his statue of himself.

Shepherd Book so had a man-crush on God!

It has to be Zoe and Wash. Complete opposites yet they were perfect for each other.
 
Guess I would go for Zoe and Wash also.

I think there could have been a lot of great stories to be told there.
And with Zoe's loyalty to Mal it could have been very interesting.
We got to see some of that in War Stories though.

Zoe and Wash definitely. They are the most realistic, mature, healthy relationship I have ever seen on tv. They are my favorite Jossverse couple by far.
 
I picked Zoe and Wash. They work really well together.
Wash kinda reminds me of my hubby too. 🙂 Not really pertinent to the whole Wash/Zoe thing . . . but hey!
 
Well, if Mal could have ever gotten his head out of his ass and admitted his feelings for her (and no, "But you fog things up. You always have. You spin me about" so does not count!) they certainly could have been my favorite ship. There was enough stubborn pride and sexual tension there to have entertaind me for years 🙂
 
voted Kaylee(who i love) and Simon, who is good because of his love for River and Kaylee (by himself...NO!)
