Of course, I can't live without that second to last scene of Becoming Part 2 before she stabs him and sends him to hell. My absolute favorite for sure.
Fred and Wesley in Hole in the World. :'( I watched it the other morning before school and I wanted to cry so badly...but I was in the midst of walking out the door.

Wow, that a hard question!

Obviously, you know for me it's gotta be between Buffy and Spike.

It's a toss-up between the kiss in Tabula Rasa and the kiss in Wreaked.

Runners-up include Angel and Spike in Innocence and Angel and Fred in The Magic Bullet.

She thinks about that. Then she leans in and kisses him on the mouth, gently and sweetly. After a moment, he pulls back, startled. There is a long beat as Spike realizes the several ramifications of what has happened. Finally he asks"¦

And my robot?

At that moment we realize that this is Buffy. She stays close.

BUFFY
The robot is gone. The robot was
gross and obscene.

Spike looks down, ashamed. He really never meant for Buffy to know about the Buffybot.

SPIKE

Don't. That thing"¦ it's not even real.

She starts to go. Stops at the door. Not sure how to say it, not even looking back:

The Cangel (Of course) kiss in You're Welcome. It's just so beautiful and heartbreaking, and I love the slight nose nuzzle they do just after. Amazing.

I also love the Spuffy kiss in... that episode that I now forget the name of... Damn... I'm you guys know what I'm talking about though. It's in season 5. It was Really Sweet and Touching. That moment is what got me into Spuffy. I hadn't really been interested in them before that. Wasn't feeling the love.
