Favorite Minor Television Characters

Lt. j.g. Reginald Endicott Barclay III from StarTrek TNG (and guest starring in Voyager). I just love weirdos... and I'm sure I'd be a holodeck addict, too, if I had one at my hands. :blush:

No, Gene was not minor and its still up for debate if he is a creation in the minds of these two characters or a real life character and these guys actually did travel in time.

Either way, that doesn't mean that Gene is a minor character.

Either he was 'created' by Sam and then Alex and has prominence in their creation, thus meaning he is significant to the story OR he actually existed and was pivotal to that story - either way he is far from minor in any sense of the word.
 
Mac in "Veronica Mars" ! (I know in the end she became less minor but for the first season she was very minor and I already loved her, I used to look at her episodes list and rejoice in advance when I was about to watch an episode Tina Majorino starred in ^^)

He's 'Kenny' for a couple of episodes then they fire him for Tweek who runs out the rest of the season.

Butters is the equivalent of maybe Rose and Bernard from Lost.
Episodes about them and they have larger roles, but they aren't main characters, they are minor.

I think they should have killed off characters like Claire and had Rose and Bernard become proper characters. I loved Rose and Bernard and their relationship was awesome.
