What was your favorite season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer?

Season one for me. I just loved the innocence... the hilarious teenage, sarcastic lines! :: wacko2
 
That's a really difficult one to answer. It was definately between season 2 and 3 for me because of the epic episodes. Season 4 was a letdown for me and I wasn't all that keen on season 1. I had to go for season 2 in the end... I think Becoming 1&2 done it for me 🙂
 
Season Two is definitely my favorite, they had some many different storylines going on that season and they just pulled it off beautifully 😀 Not to mention the ultimate baddies showed up...nothin' better than Spike, Dru & Angelus.
 
For some reason i have taken a liking to season2 the best 🙂! I think it's the whole angel story, its really well planned and nothign can beat the episode becoming part 2...that has to be by far the best. 😀
 
There are some good episodes in Season Four; but I find the Initiative so distasteful that it makes me a bit uneasy.

I like Season Three just a little better than Season Two, but I like both of them quite a bit.

In Season One, I think the writers were feeling their way--trying to get used to the concept.

Season 3 is definately my fave Season. It had amazing stories and eps in The Zeppo, Enemies, Earshot, Bad Girls, Faith Hope and Trick etc etc and I think Faith was a brilliant character and added a zest to the show. Plus Angel returns in naked form, who would complain???
 
I pretty much loved all of seasons 1-4, but I guess if I was pushed I'd go for 2/3 equal first followed closely by 1, then last but by no means least season 4.
 
mine's S3. it just seemed to have the most really good overall episodes in it. (though i love select eppy's from S1 (I Robot..., The Pack) and S2(Passions!), season 3 was my first full season watching Buffy as well as the season I thought the cast really came together the best in.
 
Season 2 is definitely unbeatable! The whole theme was based on the Buffy/Angel relationship. Plus the season finale just couldn't have been better. S3 was like an experiment in which the writers expanded their ideas by making episodes like The Wish, Doppelgangland & Earshot. And S4? Give me a break! They kinda lost their flow there...
 
I have to say S1 because its the only season ive seen all of 😀 I havent really been into Buffy that much until recently and I dont get to watch it when its on TV cause its on at 10pm and I have school the next day.
 
Hmm thats a toughy - either Season 2 or 3 - they were both the best ever in my eyes. I think season 3 overall - although season two is most definitely the next one - that vision of Angel just turning and walking away at the end of three *sniff for buffy* just the perfect ending there IMO
 
I voted season 2 aswell. I liked it the best out of the first 4, but i liked all seasons! That's a weird answer. Okay i liked all seasons, but if i have to choose it's season 2. Okay that's better!
 
I didn't see much of season 1...so I've gotta go with 2 or 3, I voted 3. There were many great episodes on that season!

I have to say that season 3 rocked. First, you have Buffy running away and then coming back to deal with her issues. Next, there is the introduction of a new slayer, Faith. Then you have Faith betraying everyone leading up to the Mayor turning into a demon and wanting to eat everyone at graduation. Finally, Angel leaves Sunnydale to strike out on his own. What more could you ask for?::dk::
