Just had to do this one last time for BTVS (get it together VG, don't cry!).

So, what are your favorite s7 eps?

My favs:
Selfless (awesome, Anya-centered ep; EC was brilliant)
Conversations with Dead People (from Angie Hart's "Blue" to The First preying on our favorite Scoobies' emotions, excellent)
Storyteller (hilarious, with a very emotional ending)
Chosen (wouldn't change a thing about this finale except to make it a 2-parter like Joss wanted.

Honorable mentions:
Him (not everybody likes this, but I thought it was hilarious, and I love the image of Buffy with the big weapon aimed at Wood's office!)
Beneath You (the church scene, 'nuff said)
Sleeper (balcony scene at the Bronze- my fav song of the series, fav performer of the series, Spike throwing the vamp off the balcony, "Man, I hate playing vampire towns" 🙂)
Storyteller (we finally see the complete origin of the Slayer)
Dirty Girls (Caleb!)
Touched (Spike's speech, their night together)
End of Days (the Guardian, wish we knew more about them)

In order of appearance:

Beneath You
Selfless
Conversations with Dead People
Sleeper
Never Leave Me
Potential
Storyteller
Lies My Parents Told Me
Touched
Chosen

I really just love s7 in general 😀

Lies My Parents Told Me - LOVE it.

Storyteller
Beneath You
Sleeper

These are my favorites.
I'm not a big fan of "Him" and "Conversations With Dead People".

It's all gravy; but possibly my favorite Spuffy scene in season seven is the hallway scene in First Date.

The way that Spike tries to assure Buffy he's not upset that she's going out with someone else. Just shows that Spike's motives for coming home aren't to win her back. Breaks my heart a little bit cause you can see that he's doing his best to be there for her while not get in the way of her being happy.

It's all good though because in the end he's the only one who does "get" Buffy.

There are so many good ones, but I just finished watching Sleeper, and I really think it should make some of these lists. That scene in the Bronze was perfectly done. "Is That All I am to you? A one-bite stand?" And this is perhaps the episode where we see the best evidence of Spike actually having a soul.

On the other side: the basement scene where Buffy kills all those vampires, some of the worst fighting in the series. The vamps could've killed Buffy a dozen times.

I'm tempted to start a thread about it. Somehow I think we should have a thread about each episode. Is that the program?

My top 5 are:

Selfless-cause I love Anya and this episode is just awesome
Conversations With Dead People-Love it
Chosen-Despite making me cry, it was epic
Dirty Girls-Faith is back
Him-makes me laugh everytime

High Honors: "Conversations with Dead People." In my opinion, the best thing to come out of Season 7 hands down, and makes my top 10 of all time Buffy. Yes, this would have been better with Tara rather than Cassie. Yes, the First's powers and agendas were not portrayed consistently in later episodes. That doesn't matter - this is a work of penetrating character insight, combining comedy, horror and drama into a seamless hole. And the dude who played Holden Webster is probably the best guest actor on Buffy ever.

Honors: "Selfless." Another one that usually makes my top 10 list. Another interesting blend of comedy, horror and drama that showcases a character with raw insight. The musical scene near the end is priceless. What keeps it from making high honors is the fact that they ignored previous lore about Vengeance Demons: to break their power you have to destroy their amulet.

Honorable mention:

"Lies My Parents Told Me"
"Helpless"
"Story Teller"
"Get it Done"
"Chosen"

My favourite episodes, from memory (its been a while since I've watched the season completely through)
