Buffy: Season 7 and Season 3, if I'm being honest. 😀
Least favorite: Season 6. As Angel said, bad hair, too thin, bad clothing, etc. 😀
Cordy: Angel Season 1... I love young, happy, carefree Cordy... I miss her. 🙁
Least favorite: Late season 3 and season 4.
Angel: Buffy Season 1... He was pretty sexy when he was young. 😉
Least favorite: Ats S5... He gained a LOT of weight. Started looking like a potato. 😉
Xander: Definitely Buffy season 1, he was such a cutie! 🙂
Least favorite: Season 6. Also as Angel said, gained a lot of weight and started looking old.
Willow: Buffy Season 7. She was totally gorgeous. 🙂
Least favorite: Season 4 and Season 5. I didn't like her in those seasons. Or her hair. Or her face. (sw)
Wes: I've ALWAYS found Wes to be a hottie, even in Btvs. But I suppose that my favorite would be early S3 when he had that cute nerdy yet sweet look. 🙂

Least favorite: Ats S5. He looked REALLY old. And his style, because of his age, made him look ridiculous. And he just looked plain gross lol.
Dawn: Season 7. Michelle is a pretty girl, but she really shined in S7. 🙂

Season 2 later in the season I love that look and the highlights trying to do my hair like that 😉. Also season 7 I loved her like this she looked more mature and so pretty. Both those seasons she was not to tiny either.
Willow
Season 3 I liked cute Willow and that was my favorite season for her high school years. I also liked season early season 6 where her hair was not so long yet to short. The scene where she goes to visit Angel on his show at the end of season 2 is a good example for it.
Xander Season one would be my favorite for him. He was not nerdy but not a hunk either it worked for him and he was cute.
Anya Season 6 later in the season when she had blonde hair it was nice on her.
Dawn I would say season 7 for her liked the highlights. Also she was transitioning during these years and this year she didn't look old but she did not look to young.
Cordy Season 2 on Angel when she had her dark hair I was always a fan of that. Her hair was okay the other colors and short but I think dark works for her.

Lindsey looked good all the time he just had that look.
Giles I liked him in season 5 and season 2. I liked both the normal look and library look for him.
Wesley I loved him when he came back to Angel in season one in that biker type outfit. 😉 But in all seriousness my favorite look for him was season 4 and 5. I happen to think Wesley is cute and I liked when he didn't wear the suits even though he looked good in them on Buffy.
Gunn Season 2 of Angel but it was nice to see him in suits in season 5.
Fred Season 5 she looked very mature and it was a balance and she looked pretty.

Least Favourite: Season 6, wasn't a big fan of her hair, nevertheless she still looks good.

Least Favourite: Definately Angel season 4. Don't like the hair and her facial features aren't as attractive for me in this season.

Buffy - Season 3. So yummy, but she's gorgeous all the time.
Xander - S4. I love him with short hair the most and he's not too chubby like in S6-7, nor too skinny like in earlier seasons. I love his big S4 arms. Poor Nick that they made him quit working out because he started to look bigger than James.
Willow - S6. I love her hair, her make up and her clothes. It's perfect. :heart:
Giles - S1. His charming smile with non-white hair. 😀
Angel - S2. Sexy. Maybe his Angelus self helps it a lot.
Spike - S4. Yummy, not like in S6 because that's just GROSS.
Oz - S3. His hair is not too long.
Anya - S5. I love when she dresses like a grown-up. And she doesn't mess with her hair much. Just cute little curly.

Best: Seasons 4 and 7- I thought she looked cutest and the most normal in these seasons. Plus I LOVED the cute flippy look she had with her hair in the beginning of season 4.
Worst: Seasons 1 and 6... Her clothes and hair were so yucky in Season 1, and Season 6 just wasn't one of my faves.

Best: Seasons 3, 5, and 6. He looked really healthy and I loved his hair in these seasons, especially Season 5.
Worst: Season 1 and 7. In season 1 he wore some of the most awful clothes and his hair always looked like a mop, and in Season 7 he looked like he had put on some weight and just wasn't at his best.

Best: Seasons 4 and 6. He looked really handsome after he stopped wearing those stuffy coats all the time.
Worst: Season 1. The uptight look is not good on Tony Head.
Dawn
Best: Season 7, after they let her start looking her age and wearing her hair in looser styles and wearing more grown-up clothes.
Worst: Season 5. She was supposed to be like 15 but they had her dressing and wearing her hair like a 12-year-old.

Best: Season 5. Her hair was beautiful throughout the entire season and she wore those cute vintage-inspired clothes.
Worst: Season 6. Ewwwww... If you don't believe me, watch "Entropy" and laugh at that clown hair they gave her.
Tara
Best: Season 6. Her hair color was a lot more natural looking and she looked very womanly and beautiful.
Worst: Season 4. The roots drove me NUTS.

Best: Seasons 4 and 7- I thought she looked cutest and the most normal in these seasons. Plus I LOVED the cute flippy look she had with her hair in the beginning of season 4.
Worst: Seasons 1 and 6... Her clothes and hair were so yucky in Season 1, and Season 6 just wasn't one of my faves.

Best: Seasons 3, 5, and 6. He looked really healthy and I loved his hair in these seasons, especially Season 5.
Worst: Season 1 and 7. In season 1 he wore some of the most awful clothes and his hair always looked like a mop, and in Season 7 he looked like he had put on some weight and just wasn't at his best.

Best: Seasons 4 and 6. He looked really handsome after he stopped wearing those stuffy coats all the time.

Worst: Season 6 because she just looked WAY to old to be in the clothes she was getting put in. Especially stood next to Buffy who was in heels, yet still shorter then Dawn. They should have just embrassed her age and maturity earlier.

Best: I'm a fan of classic Tara. Season 4 - with the unusually hair and interesting outfits.
Worst: Season 6. It was like they just decided to stop trying with her wardrobe and dress her like a hippy bum. I believe the character of Tara had more depth then 'hippy'

Well, because it's kind of late here, I will only rate Buffy, Angel, Cordelia and Faith.
I like Buffy's look very much in s1(yeah she looks just fine with short skirts, nice make up and a little more weight than the rest of the seasons), s2,s3 .
I think s7 is Buffy's least good appearance IMO. I just think she looks very tired and sth is wrong with the make up or the eyebrows,I am not sure yet.
Well Angel always looks good!!! (sw) I liked him most in s3 of BtVs and s1 of AtS. I didn't like the long hair in s5 and sometimes I think he looked very thin in BtVs s1.
Faith looks very beautiful in s3 of BtVs, although she has a very heavy make up. She looks at her best in Angel s4. She is natural and still beautiful there.
