Favorite Spangel moment

What is your favorite Spangel moment?

For me, it would be a tie between:

I like their talks in 'Hellbound' and 'Damage' about how they were once victims, how monstrous they were in the old days, how much they deserve whatever pain they get, and how they both believe that they are damned to hell when they die.

I love the genuine moments between these two.
 
Oh God... Where to start?!?!

I really love the scene where Angelus is rejoining the fold and approaches Spike and kisses him on the head.

I love the scene where they go to visit Drogyn and are holding hands with the string between their hands.

How about the two of them on the plane home in the same episode where they are both trying to get drunk off miniature bottles of alcohol? Gorgeous.

Or when Spike insists that he is listening... With beer. And you can see how much Spike enjoys flirting/teasing Angel.

They're just... Perfect together.

I agree. They probably have the best on set chemistry in the Buffyverse that I've ever seen.

AND, being both gorgeous and hilarious = +++++++++++++++++++++++++++
 
Just... everything. The banter scenes, the genuine moments, the fighting... Like some have mentioned, I love the Drogyn scene. It's great when they reference their past.

Plus the scene in Buffy when Spike is acting like he is going to bite Joyce and is calling Angel "a very bad man" lol.
 
Spangel is my favorite (and only) non-canon Btvs/Ats ship ever!

All of the scenes mentionned above are absolutely awesome! And every scene including the two of them bickering at each other (like at the beginning of S5 when Spike is just incredibly annoying to Angel XD) always make me smile.
 
It ought to be the comics. 'Your story ends now.' Sizzle - literally. 🙂 But seriously - I never got to see any positive chemistry between the two. Lots of rivalry and spite - but nothing to get attached to, unless you mistake mutual abuse for chemistry.
 
Heh, canon or not - if there is a ship out there that I loathe more than Spuffy - it ought to be that 'other one' that starts with Sp. 😉 Although there at the very least mutual abuse was intrinsic to the 'ship'. When it comes to none-het pairing with Angel, he clicks best with Wesley or Doyle. He and Spike are just plain two little boys vying for the same toy.
