Favorite "Spiked up" moments

I went from not watching Buffy, because, among other things, the Spike character got on my nerves, to replaying some of his scenes over and over. You know, like Andrew when he's replaying his camcorder of Xander and Anya.. only not quite as homo, and without the speaking of lines and tears.

Theres lots, (way too many to pick just one) of Spike funny moments, but I prefer the dark little moments, particularly in season 7, a couple in season 6.

The scene in the church, at the end of season 7 episode 2 is just... god. How can you talk about something so.. majestic.

Then theres the basement, when Spikes all " I'm evil, kill me" and Buffys like " I believe in you" Laa, shining white light from heaven. The devil hath repented.


I must admit though, the Spike character has its problems. Specifically, Spike suffers from too much awesome. Like in Destiny when he awesomely whuped Angel's ass.

i luv that scene in the angel ep 'in the dark' too...when hes on the roof givin his magnificent poof speech - classic! LOL

love it when he taunts angel in smile time, wee little puppet man! haha!

fool for love as a whole is just brilliant!

of course his speech about happy meals on legs in becoming 2! again classic!

and his loves bitch speech! 😀 haha

also other faves include touched speech in s7 and his final scene in buffy!

but he has so many other fab moments!
there just some of my faves!

Oh God there's so many my brain is working overtime trying to sort them all out... its giving me a headache because its so impossible to narrow down, but I'll try to name a few.

First one that popped in my head is from Pangs when he's tied up to the chair and all the fighting is going on around him and one of the Indians turns into a bear, lol, and he's like, "A bear! You made a bear!" And Buffy all, "I didn't mean to." Spike:"Undo it! Undo it!" lol, ah, it cracks me up everytime. And also at the end when trhey're all at the the table and Xander lets it slip that Angel was there the look on Spike's face, priceless.

Pretty much the whole episode of Life of the Party where Lorne "forces" Spike to be more positive is just classic.

WESLEY: Hey. Hey, Gunn. Is something weird going on? (Gunn turns toward Wesley without moving his hands, which are together just below his waist) Charles, you just peed on my shoes.
GUNN🙁looks down, confused) I'll be damned. (zips his zipper)
That's weird.
SPIKE: Hey, is this a great party or what?
FRED: OK, something is definitely wrong with this picture.
SPIKE: This might be the greatest song ever written.
(dances, moving his head, singing along)
WESLEY: Yes. We appear to be under the effect of something, a spell.
GUNN: Spike, how long have you been, you know... this?
SPIKE: It's great, isn't it? I don't know. Happened a bit after I talked with Angel and Lorne. Yeah. Lorne told me to think positively.

I love in "Gone" when Buffy's invisible and Xander walks in on him doing "push ups" and then he asks Buffy to leave but she goes "south" and he says, "Hey! thats cheating!"

LOVE me some of how overprotective he gets over Buffy in Empty Places so he fights Faith, a pretty even fight I do think.

The fight over Astronauts vs Cavemen.

"You're a wee little puppet man!"

In "The Initative" the scene with him and Willow where he's unable to "perform.

Spike : I don't understand. This sort of thing's never happened to me before. (He's sitting on Willow's bed.)
Willow : Maybe you were nervous.
Spike : I felt all right when I started. Let's try again. (He leaps on her and draws back immediatly. He tries again and the same thing happens.) Ow! Oh! Ow! Damn it! (He gets up and kicks the dresser. He starts to pace around the room.)
Willow : Maybe you're trying too hard. Doesn't this happen to every vampire?
Spike : Not to me, it doesn't!
Willow : It's me, isn't it?
Spike : What are you talking about?
Willow : Well, you came looking for Buffy, then settled. I--I... You didn't want to bite me. I just happened to be around.
Spike : Piffle!
Willow : I know I'm not the kind of girl vamps like to sink their teeth into. It's always like, "ooh, you're like a sister to me," or, "oh, you're such a good friend."
Spike : Don't be ridiculous. I'd bite you in a heartbeat.
Willow : Really?
Spike sits on her bed again.
Spike : Thought about it.
Willow : When?
Spike : Remember last year, you had on that... Fuzzy pink number with the lilac underneath?
Willow : I never would have guessed. You played the blood-lust kinda cool.
Spike : Mmm. I hate being obvious. All fang-y and "rrrr!" Takes the mystery out.
Willow : But if you could...
Spike : If I could, yeah.
Willow : You know, this doesn't make you any less terrifying.
Spike : Don't patronize me.
