Being an old school gamer this one is a difficult one... there were so many great games in the days of Old...
Master System had:
Double Dragon
Wonder Boy
Alex Kidd
Teddy Boy
Ys
Gangsta town
and many many more....
Mega Drive had:
Altered Beast
Streets of Rage Trilogy
Golden Axe Trilogy
Alex Kidd
Shadow Dancer/Shinobi
Strider
Zoom
Block Out
Sonic Series
etc etc
Then there was the Mega CD which had the great FMV titles like NIGHT TRAP (Banned in the UK due to a Blonde girl in knickers being dragged off by a blood sucking beast), Ground Zero Texas and Shinobi X... Great stuff
The Sega Saturn had the Classic NIGHTS Into Dreams, an amazing game, the original Panzar Dragoon series and many other fantastic titles but this was Segas first defeat to the giant that is Sony Enterntainment 🙁
The Dreamcast... a Classic Platform in itself and the second failiure for sega... 🙁
XBOX...
BUFFY, Halo, Morrowind, Amped, Xbox Live, Mechassault, Ghost Recon, Midtown Madness...
But the iceing on the top of the cake that has just been released, the most addictive RPG on the Xbox Star Wars: Knights of the old republic... bought it last weekend and did not put it down... even stayed up on the first night till 5 in the morning, gripping stuff, very gripping and once you finish the game you can go through it again through a completely different scenario... then you can go through it again with a female character in which the story changes AGAIN... then you get to play it again after that to see another outcome,... Amazing... pure gaming heaven!!!
But I cannot pick favourites lol
