Favorite villian

Mr. Trick is my favorite. Definitely second-string, but highly entertaining, down to his last words. ("Oh, this is not good. Not good at all." [Collapses into dust.])
 
its gotta be for, although she was only around for a sec, Evil Dopplegangland Willow
she was wicked insane and had a lot of bite (oooh the pun how it hurts my brain)
plus she was truly evil
 
I love Dru, she's completely insane and it helps when you can share something with a character. And Ethan Rayne, even though I more think of him as a mischeif maker not a villan, either way I adore him. He makes things fun, he gave us Band Candy (my fav ep). And Spike when he was evil because he had a wicked fun sense of humor. ('Why don't you just rip out her lungs' 'It lacks poetry' 'Well, it doesn't have to, what rhymes with lungs?')
 
For me its a 3 way tie, between Glory, Faith, and the Mayor. Especially the Mayor, he was a genuinely scary guy, so polite and nice, but still managed to scare the crap out of you.
 
My favorite villians are actually the Gentlemen. They are reminiscent of both Nosferatu and the Strangers from the film 'Dark City'. Silent but deadly...with wicked smirks. The makeup and costumes are incredible. And the way they glide through the air and delicately move their hands--it's oh so fantastically creepy.

but i could never put them in my room cause it would just creep me out lol
 
Either, the Mayor and Faith, or Dru. I don't know why, but I thought the Mayor was hilarious...and Faith was just hot and had the attitude.

And Dru. I mean, if I woke up, and Dru were in my room, I'd probably scream and pee my pants. I love her voice, and the way she talks. She plays insane very good.
 
Favourite villain or big bad?

Villain it's gotta be Spike all the way. He's sexy, funny and oh so bad.

Big bad, I'm going for Angelus cause he's sexy, funny and oh so bad.

I gotta go with Faith and the Mayor. The Mayor is nice, and yet so evil that you could say :He's a guy you'd love to hate.

And Faith is just plain cool! Really love her independence.
 
Faith is ok...but you cant beat The Master.

Buff even had nightmares about that guy...
