Favourite villain,Ummmm,lemme think..FAITH!!,Infact most of the time my answer will be Faith lol,since I`m obsessed with her!

But still,demon wise,Defenitely The Gentlemen,They had an extremely large creepy factor going on lol

Oh my Lord.... the scariest was definatly the gentlemen, and that being said, they couldn't possibly be my favorite. My fav is Spike, but I mean, hes not really the villian anymore... so I guess Faith becuase she was another Slayer, who was just as good as Buffy, and her friend. She sorta turned Buffy over to the dark side for a while too. She was witty and funny and clever and tough and of course, evil. 😉

Drusilla. She's creepy and funny at the same time. And I like her "vision" power. When she's working with Spike, they're the ultimate evil.

Angelus because he is so so sexy and evil!

Faith because she kicks a$$ with style!

Spike because he is gorge and he can put on the sexiest english accent!

Well they were all cool Glory and Faith were the best, and Evil Willow (but hey, I'm AH fan I gotta say this)

THE Biggest, Badest and most Feared Vampire-Gang of all time off course scores big time too!!! Darla, Angelus, Drusilla and Spike! Do you remember the power-shot that appeared in Angel 2.07 "Darla" and Buffy 5.07 "Fool for Love" .... need I say more ?
