I too will say Scoobie Anya, although I loved all the Anyas, because Scoobie Anya put a voice to the thoughts we all know are lurking inside us.
Generally, none of us can comprehend death, we would all love to be able to openly brag about how the person we love is much awesomer than everyone else in every way, and lets face it, material goods can be pretty darned awesome.

I picked Scooby Anya as well, but that may be tied with Aud from 7.05, I loved her in those flashbacks, and she was really hot too. I think because of her hair.

I loved her witty lines as Anya the HUMAN with the scoobies so definately Scooby Anya!!!

I loved her when she was Aud, too much human drama there and I liked her character more and felt like everything sticked together about her character, it made the circle complete. I must add I liked Anya to be presented so vulnerable.
