Favourite Avril Song/s

I'm not really a fan of Avril.I don't think she has a really good voice.But I really do like her catchy songs.I especially like her new songs, from her new album.What are your fav songs from Avril?Mine are Don't Tell.I'm not sure if that's what it's called.But it's the first music video, from her new album.Then my other fav is, My Happy Ending.
 
Oh lol.I forget things.I can't wait for her next song.Cause so far, from what I've heard, her songs in her new album are good.
 
I like Don't Tell Me and My Happy Ending...I really want her CD. I'm gonna have to go buy it...lol.
I also like Slipped Away. It's good. I really like Don't Tell Me though.
 
Unwanted is my favourite song of hers, but I also like Happy Ending, Dont Tell Me, and Losing Grip...
 
Who's Avril? Is that the person whose like some teen person that acts punk... or something? I don't know...

If so, thatn I like her song... Complicated (I think that's the title, she was singing about something getting complicated).
 
you kids should dig out some Clash and Sex Pistols and find out what real punk is. of course you'd suddenly get realise you couldnt take it and go back to your silly skateboard pop.

I cannot stand her either but some of her songs are ace, lol. My favourite is Losing Grip.
 
I think my favourite song of hers is My Happy Ending. It's been stuck in my head for days, but not in an annoying way, which must mean I like it...lol
I also liked Complicated when it came out (kinda tired of it now though), Losing Grip and Naked.

Well, I think it's stupid to even bring punk into it. Comments have been made, yes, but it's blatantly obvious that Avril is pop through and through. Don't get sucked into the marketing machine. Sex Pistols, The Clash, Buzzcocks, Black Flag and whoever else you want to bring into it are nothing to do with Avril and (most of?) her fans. Avril and the people behind her know this full well.

If anything, I would only mention 'pop-punk', which is often equally hated by old school punk lovers. Even if punk is tagged on the genre label, it has little to do with the old punk mentality, therefore I don't associate it with punk and can look at it without prejudice. If done right, it can be catchy and fun...

Besides, the only song I've heard that is even remotely comparable to 'pop-punk' is sk8er boi... so the whole punk association stems more from her image than anything else.

My favorite is My Happy Ending, but I also like Complicated, S8ter Boi, I'm With You and Don't Tell Me.

She doesn't have the best voice, gotta agree with that, but there's somthing special about her voice, and I like special...most of the time...
