That's one of my favorite things that happened in S5. I was so happy that Connor finally came to an understanding of what Angel was willing to do for him, and recognized the sacrifice Angel made to protect him. It was nice to see him grow up and realize that it wasn't always about HIM. Then, in Not Fade Away, it was so funny when he came to W&H and told Angel, "You come and see me for coffee and the world's NOT ending? Yeah, right!" I know I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist.
