Definitely Jonathan. I like the character continuity, and there's something sympathetic about him even when he's trying to be an evil genius.

Warren was obnoxious and overbearing from the first first time we met him in the April-bot episode.

Andrew we never got to know as a person until this season; when he was in the Troika he was just Warren's effeminate flunkey.

Well, during Season 6 I despised all three of them, especially Jonothan (I have hated him since he ever first showed up), but during Season 7, Andrew actually became quite funny, so I have voted for him. 🙂
