I love the scene is Season 7 where Buffy storms into the house, she looks at Andrew with an annoyed expression, and he takes his feet off the sofa and wipes the cushion because he thinks that's why she's annoyed, and she just rolls her eyes and walks away! 😀

What are your favourite non-speaking Buffy moments? (Try to think outside of Hush!)

That's a great moment. I love it.

I had forgotten all about that scene until you said this and remembered it vividly. The only other scene I can think of, and it's silly, but was Miss Kitty Fantastico walking in slow motion in Restless. That was a gorgeous shot.

Oh I have so many. I love non-dialogue moment probably more than when characters speak, usually it's the small moments that I like most.

One that springs to mind right now is when Buffy visits Faith in a coma.

Another is the ending of Tabula Rasa when Goodbye to You plays.

Also, many shots in the Body are fantastic non-dialogue moments.

Faith's dream. Climbing out of an open grave in the pouring rain. She yells out as the thunder and lightning crashes. Then boom, Faith's eyes open in hospital. Awesome. (This Year's Girl)

Anya walking down the isle devastated in "Hell's Bells". Not the biggest Anya fan usually, but I felt for her there.

Angel with Cordy in hospital, then walking to the other ward to see Wesley, completely distraught at what's happened to his friends. The receptionist just looks at him sympathetically as he walks by her. (To Shanshu in LA)

I know you said think outside "Hush" but Willow and Tara's hand holding telekinesis scene is another one I love.

"The Body", specifically Buffy telling Dawn.

Drusilla sires Darla (The Trial), that was intense.

I've got a few.

- Buffy watching her friends from a distance at the end of 'Becoming Pt2' before turning and walking away.

- Buffy and Faith at the end of 'Revelations'. Faith alone in her motel room, Buffy standing out on the porch looking sad. 🙁

- Buffy and Faith dancing at the Bronze. No dialogue there. 😀

- Angel biting Buffy in Graduation day pt2.

- Faith walking around the hospital in her robe after the coma. The whole place looks so desloate and she's really out of it. Also later when she walks through Sunnydale and looks at the remains of the high school.

- Buffy walking around the house in 'No Place Like Home' as she realises that Dawn is the product of some sort of spell and not actually real.

- Buffy alone in her house in 'The Body' after the paramedics have left and before Giles had arrived. Sad and surreal quiet.

- The opening scenes in 'CwDP'

- And that last closing shot in 'Chosen' with Buffy just smiling on as she looks at the remains of Sunnydale.

I'll have to do some Angel ones later.

Another Andrew moment. In Empty Places when Fai t h walls out finishing the last hot pocket and Andrew just glares at her. That wad kind odd funny.

Faith beating up Wesleys shower in Release. Very emotional, great scene. Says a lot about Faith and what she's dealing with, with no words.

When Buffy comes for Spike after killing the ubervamp. She cuts him down, and he touches her shoulder, finally realizing that she is really there. The look that they exchange, then her helping him walk out of the cave.

Not sure that I remember this correctly...
Think it is Willow answering the phone and getting the terrible news about Jenny while Angelus are watching from outside.

Also the moment when Giles find Jenny in his bed with the flowers and all that.

/SK

When Buffy leaves at the end of season 2 and we see Joyce finding her note, Buffy watching her friends from a distance, and then Buffy on the bus, leaving town.

Buffy walking into the Magic Shop and seeing Giles in the wizard hat and cloak
Buffy and Angel staring at each other one last time in "Graduation Day"
Willow and Tara floating at the end of "Family"
The finale of "Shells" with Illyria remembering Fred's goodbye to her parents
Buffy and Faith dancing
Buffy and Angel walking in the snow together

A lot of these are perfect! Well remembered. :)
Season 6 when Spikes at the bottom of the stairs looking up at Buffy when he realises she's not the bot. The range of emotions he shows in his face is just amazing.
Also Giles crying in the kitchen after he's seen Buffy for the first time after her return at the beginning of season 3.

A lot of good ones in "Hush 4ABB10" uncluding obviously the student getting his heart cut out but the funniest is where Giles and the scoobies are all gathered in the auditorium with the projector and this visual double entendre takes place:

Xander has scribbled on a pad, holds up for all to see: HOW DO YOU KILL THEM?
Buffy snorts contemptuously, then circles her fist around an imaginary stake, plunges it down repeatedly.
Everybody looks at her, a little thrown: the gesture doesn't read the way she intended.
Realizing it, Buffy hurriedly and sheepishly grabs a stake from her purse, repeats the gesture.
Everyone makes, "Oh, I get it" faces.

The long look Angel gave Cordelia after she told him he is not alone (Ats, Darla).
Another Angel's glance at Cordy in I Have You Under My Skin - when she said that at least he is safe because he is the dead one. Still wondering what was his thought about.
Buffy looking at Wesley while reading his thoughts about Cordy.
Giles appearance at the end of 6 season. His furious glance at Willow is priceless!

And I think we need a lot of gifs in this thread but I can't figure out how to attach them.

I love Buffys look reading Wesleys mind. Lol
Also everytime they show Angel with a shadow on a half of his face. That's so what the character is about, and they do it like a lot!

After she's beat half-beaten to death by The Beast, when Faith slowly undresses in the bathroom and we see the mess she's in. Then she starts to wash up and it all ends with her smashing at the walls in rage. Powerful scene.

The slow-mo shot of Wesley dropping the knife at the end of 'Five-By-Five'.

S3- Wesley all alone in his apartment when he returns from the hospital.

At the end of 'Blind Date' Lindsey going to close the doors to his office...and then deciding to stay and damn himself. In hindsight he was always going to be shot dead by a lounge singer.
