AtS: (Season 3, after Connor was born but before he was kidnapped) Angel, Cordelia, Wesley, Gunn, Fred, Lorne, and Baby Connor
 
Almost agreeing with RDH but can't bring myself to put Wes or Connor in a list so mine is

BtVS: Buffy, Xander, Willow, Giles, Oz, Cordelia, Angel

AtS: Angel, Cordelia, Wesley, Gunn, Fred, Lorne
 
Buffy: Of course Season 3!!!!! Buffy, Oz, Angel, Willow, Cordy, Xander, Giles (scoobies) Mayor, Mr Trick <3 and Faith (evil) 😀

Angel: Angel, Cordy, Doyle, later joined: Wesley and Gunn either though I love Fred and Lorne with a passion I did love the early seasons of Angel more then the later seasons.
