season 4 is a good season overall.

The bit in the Finale at the end, will always be the best moment in season 4 ever.

I never really understood the hatred towards season four, I think it's far from being the worst season and although there are issues (of course there are), there are some real gems, I mean, it has Hush for crying out loud, Restless as well, not to mention This Year's Girl.

Oh, my favourite moment, just to stay of topic, has to be when the Gentlemen steal that poor guy's heart in Hush and he can't scream. If there has ever been a more terrifying moment on television, I have to see it.
 
Hush, Restless, and New Moon Rising. Hush was just creepy and New Moon Rising was so touching! And Restless is one of the best episodes of the series!
 
How could I forget Restless, wonderful episode, I love every moment of it. Oh and Something Blue as well. Blind Giles reacting to Spike and Buffy "smacking" is hillarious.
 
Season 4 has a whole bunch of just brilliant episodes and moments.

My favorite must be the whole exposition scene in Hush.
Giles drawings, Buffy's and Xander's gestures, Anya eating popcorn etc. it's pretty much unbeatable, it's so funny.

Xander and Willow with their lighters when Giles sings in Restless is another laugh out loud moment.

Season 4 is actually a very funny season overall.

I said my most fav of S4 is when they did group hug in Primeval.

Now I have much time so I'll do it episode per episode. 🙂

The Freshman - When Buffy falls from the roof into Sunday's liar.
Living Condition - "I knew it!"
The Harsh Light Of The Day - Xander sqeezes apple juicebox.
Fear, Itself - The whole Gagnar scene, LMFAO.
Beer Bad - "Buffy want beer", "Buffy strong", "Want. Beer." plus pouting face.
Wild At Heart - Riley saved Willow from car-crash.
The Initiative - Riley tries to protect Buffy when she was alone in the park. Their conversation is so funny. And the cat fight between Xander and Harmony.
Pangs - When they ride the bicycles. And Spike being tied with a chair.
Something Blue - Buffy : "What's wrong with Buffy?" Giles : "Good question"
Hush - The whole episode
The New Man - Ethan thinking Giles's gone, lol.
The I In Team - When Buffy appears on the screen in The Initiative alive, telling Maggie Walsh it takes more than that to kill her.
Goodbye Iowa - Willow and Tara using a locator spell.
This Year's Girl - Faith met Buffy in the campus.
Who Are You - Faith fighting Buffy especially "You're! Nothing! Disgusting! Merderous! Bitch!"
Superstar - When Jonathan sings
Where The Wild Things Are - Giles singing. Anya's "Me too. Woo hoo!". Anya and Xander' rough journey in the house to rescue Buffy and Riley. But my fav quote is Buffy's "You get the fang. I get horny. I mean....."
New Moon Rising - The whole episode
The Yoko Factor - When Angel and Riley fight.
Primeval - The elevator group hug.
Restless - Buffy on the stage with short black hair, LMFAO. Giles singing.

Hush is probably my all time favorite episode for all those reasons and more.
 
Spike: "I always worried what would happen when that bitch got some funding."

I love that line. It's sad how pathetic Spike becomes but it's still pretty amusing. Which is why Pangs is one of my favorite episodes of that season.

Speaking of Pangs...

Xander: "You just recited the mystical panic-causing incantation, so little hope there. Let's talk about the various."

Xander: "Can we come rocketing back to the part about me and my new syphilis?"

Xander: I hate this guy.
Willow: He's just doing what was done to him.
Xander: I didn't give him syphilis!

Xander: So we take this guy out. Buffy, it is for to be slaying sometime soon, yeah?

Spike: I'm saying that Spike had a little trip to the vet and now he doesn't chase the other puppies anymore.

Funny funny. And who doesn't love a good syphilis joke?

That's a great line! I also loved the Angel/Riley scenes in that episode, especially when Buffy steps in with "If I see one more display of testosterone I'll personally put you both in the hospital! Anyone think I'm kidding?" 😀 Or the smirk Angel gives Riley when he and Buffy go out into the hall. The Buffy/Angel fangirl within me did a backflip at that one 😉

The first line that came to mind though was: "YOU MADE A BEAR" (Spike, Pangs)
 
I love Season 4... Maybe because I LOVED the college lifestyle and getting to see the Scooby gang live it out on screen. 🙂 But Season 4 has a lot of really great episodes and moments.

The fight scene in Primeval...From combining of the essences of the Scoobies to watching the Initiative implode, it freakin' ROCKED.
 
God, I was just watching some season four just the other day - I really do enjoy that season (apart from the Briley sexcapades episode). One scene I really loved was When Spike went to bite Willow but couldn't 'perform'. Just so clever and hilarious.

OMG I forgot about that one... That's one of the most hilarious scenes ever in Buffy! 😀

I loved the Briley sexcapades... thought it was hot. Me being a good church girl in HS, that was the closest I got to porn back then. LMFAO
