I like Faith and all, she's really awesome. But, I liked Kendra better. Her accent was so cute!

Um, yes there would be a Kendra and Faith. Buffy didn't give birth to either one of them. They simply had the power of the Slayer passed down the line to them, just like Buffy did. If Buffy had never been born another would simply have been called in her place, possibly even Kendra or Faith.

It all traces back to the First Slayer, despite her ickyness, not Buffy..
